Ima start my cycle pretty soon and i wanted to know how many calories i need to gain the most on this cycle.
SD: 20/20/30/30/ 0/ 0
EP: 0/ 0/ 30/45/60/60
Goal: Bulk

Weight: 200lb
Height: 6ft
bf%: 12%
I was thinking 3000 cals. but want some input.
Exercise 3 day full body split and 1 day off then repeat..
3 times a week HIIT Cardio 10min. sessions (should i even do cardio??)
