my weight right now is around 205 and im 5'10, muscular build. everything is proportionate except for my chest. it actually used to cave in the middle. my shoulders and arms make my chest look rediculous, but i have always been very strong on the bench press. some people said i was probably using my shoulders and back too much. but i know thats not the case. i make sure that i isolate my chest when i do any chest exercise. for the past couple months i have tried out doing 2 chest days a week rather than one, but have seen little improvement. my chest is also sore the next day, but it never really grows. i have a balanced and clean diet. my current supplements include creatine mono(swithcing to cee),whey,fish oil,bcaa,glutamine,hmb,zma,multivitamin. my workout is flat barbell 3x6 with 295lbs,flat dumbell 3x7 110lbs,incline dumbell 3x8 95lbs, close grip 3x6 185lbs, flat dumbell flys 3x8 55, cable cross. and on the second chest day, i do decline and dips where i would have done incline. i have been weightlifting for almost 8 years now. my max on bench press is 365lbs.
