Protien I have muscle milk if I don't hit my 285 grams of protien for the day I use it as a meal replacement seeing as its mostly casein.
Post workout ill have my ON platinum hydrobuilder
Nighttime I have my casein that I'll have with milk.
Looking to add 10-15 lbs while losing a bit of bf on this SD cycle.
