SD cycle HELP

Okay, so this will be my first SD cycle, but not my first cycle.
Preloading weeks 1&2
hawthorn berries 1 gram
Milk Thistle 2gram
***Current blood pressure is 89/57 @ 71 beats a min***

weeks 3-6
SD 10/20/20/20 possibly 30mg last week but i doubt it
ams 4ad @ 400mg in two doses with SD to combat lethargy as a test base

SUPPORT SUPPS
Liv. 52 recomended dose or higher if needed daily
hawthorn berries @ 1 gram a day
Multi Vitamin daily
Fish-oil 3-5 grams daily
Now Red omega ( fish oil with coq-10 and red yeast rice) recomended dose
alpha lipotic acid recomended dose
Taurine 3-6 grams a hour preworkout
2 gallons of water daily

weeks 7-10 PCT
Clomid 75/50/50/25
DAA 3 grams for 6 weeks
Erase 0/0/3/3/3/2/1
Endosurge 0/0/0/0/0/0/6/6/6/6 caps a day
Creatine mono 5 grams pre workout
l-citruline malate
BCAA's
Agmatine
Plus all support supps through out PCT

*** I will be deloading for pct, probably take the first 4-5 days off, then do short compound workouts no longer than 40 mins, 12-15 rep range just to stimulate not to failure. 3 times a week and increase intesity around week 3 or 4 of pct***

***I'm about 170 lbs right now so i will be shooting for 3000-4000 cals a day as this will be a clean bulk, with my P/C/F ratio about 40/40/20 but i will adjust this as cycle goes for optimal results***

Side note, i'm coming back from a Sprained AC joint in my right shoulder, i have been taking the past 5 weeks off since the injury, feeling strong though I will take all of next week off too as im going on vacation, then if im all good i will start this mon aug 20th, i have already started preloading so the 20th will be week 3. Thanks for your help and insight!!
 
Id spend a few weeks getting back into the swing of things. With increase strength and size you can increase your chance for injury.

I'd look at getting some UDCA too

Yeah I was thinking about waiting until september, but ive been wating for a while now, Thanks for your input, i'll see about getting some udca i think NP has it.
 
NP has been out forever. They said they were going to get more in stock in 2 weeks. That was like 3 months ago!
Listen to the Drizz man though! If you are just coming off an injury SD could really mess you up. Make sure your shoulder can handle lifting heavy before you start your cycle. Sd will get you strong fast.
 
Yeah it will. You know your body better than we do but please use with caution. Depends on how much you have, maybe increase the 4ad to 600 or even 800 for a greater effect. Not sure, but I believe the 4ad is really helping me sustain libido and shut down. I have no issue with either and balls are still full as shiit.

So, you think the addition of 4AD will make your PCT easier?

I think the stano will make my pct easier but who the heck knows. I've never been on 4 compounds at once sd, EPI, 4ad and stano added in the last 4 weeks.

yeah they are always sold out. I am taking caution, it was a class one sprain, although my front delt still has a bump protruding out, and if I can't do pushups next week that will probably be the determining factor, and ill wait a little longer. Solid advice.

yeah, im confident that my shoulder will hold up, I wasn't planning on benching to hard on cycle but ill adjust as needed, bro I only bought one bottle of 4ad but I could run it @ 600 for the last 20 days of cycle...i doubt ill get lethargic the first 8 days so I might take your advice, I like my balls to stay full, lol.

That's a crazy cycle. You getting bloods after PCT?

Oh I forgot, i'll be taking 2 grams of l-carnitine l-tartarate, hopefully it will upregulate my androgen receptors, or make them more sensitive to the SD, either way I doubt it will hurt!
 
I was thinking about adding slinshot to my pct as well, hopefully to keep from getting fat. Or possibly reduce xt when the erase runs out, to keep cortisol in check, any thought?

Cutting in PCT is never recommended. Your body is in a state of turmoil... In regards to homeostasis and cutting will result in a lot of muscle loss. Look at something like Anabeta for its partitioning effects

I'm not going to be cutting in pct, if anything ill be eating more, but without the sd im afraid ill gain more body fat than i would like, which is why i was thinking about slinshot. But anabeta sounds good too. Good idea bro.

Anabeta is a better bet... For many reasons but especially the hunger factor.

Either way, loading is outdated. You don't need to put a **** ton of creatine in your body ...it will utilize what it needs and store what it can.

Thanks man, I did my homework and got alot of good info from this website, good luck finding sd, everywhere I see is sold out, lgi sd and transform SD has great feedback try and get those. I will be using transform SD. Ill probably start a new thread in "cycle info" area but ill post link here. I benched press today for first time in 6 weeks and it went well, I went light but shoulder feels 90% good, I think ill start Monday.
 
Don't you need to load creatine for a while though for it to take effect ?

i will be using the creatine a hour/ 45 mins preworkout just for energy and strength increase, im not loading the creatine, I've used it before a pre-workout and know it works well for me that way.

update, i really want to start tommorow, but it looks like i will wait one more week to get back into the swing of things...mostly because of my work schedule next week and my shoulder. So yeah, aug 27...

Or intra/post workout... Easily doable...

yeah buddy, ill be going heavy as possible with most lifts. Checking my ego at the door on bench though, feeling confident everyday that passes.
