SD better for cutting or bulking?

i have read a lot about SD and am still not sure if i want to take the plunge. i am 206lbs at about 14-15% bf. i am not sure if it is better used for cutting or bulking. I am leaning towards using it for bulking to possibly help reduce some sides.
 
I like it for both. Some complain of hypoglycemia when cutting on SD but as long as you keep the carbs up you should be fine. I ran it with Trimax and felt like a million bucks.
 
i think ill try to do a clean bulk w/ little fat gain. i am 206lbs @15% bf so i dont want to put on much more of a beer gut!

i want to be at about 8%bf by june, which should be reasonable even with a little more bulking.



what is trimax? i havent heard of it.
 
Like said in the first reply, some don't like it for cutting, I've used it for both and loved it both times. I was gaining muscle while severely calorie restricted. It'll also pack on the muscle if you're bulking so take it however you like. Bulking is probly better, but it'd be good for both. Another thing that I might like to mention is that it's a glycogen loading monster and it'll increase RBC, so if you're using it pre-contest it'd probably really help you keep full muscle bellies and vascularity. I remember it definitely made me all veiny and stuff.
 
nothing like having lots of glycogen to pump up the muscles. it is a shame the increased glycogen doesnt stay off cycle!
