Scivation Xtend Perform summer log

Awesome back workout.

Lots of high rep sets. Did about 10-20 rep sets of various back excercises. About 3-5 sets per excercise. Threw in alot of good rear delt work. Noticed very little rest time, especially with pull ups which is new to me. Also noticing on the heavier compound lifts im able to get that last grueling rep in, which is great. Cardio 5 mins of HIIT stairmaster. I know thats not that long but im trying to put weight on and raarely ro HIIT. Regardless, it went smooth and left the gym exhausted but feeling good about the workout.

Hows the feedback coming in here? Should be getting close to the end of your tub.
For a final review could you summarize the key points you noted during your run on perform?
Biggest attribute?
Biggest thing you noted in the gym?
What varied from your workouts since starting perform?

Apologies for the delay lots going on out of the gym, lots of detail on review/progress with xtend perform coming soon it aint over.

Had two tremendous chest and back sessions (two different days). Heavy benching, took much shorter rests than usual but one set I needed to rest purposely to make sure I was going heavy this day. Went right into heavy incline dbs for high reps, it was hard to get fatigued. Starting to incorporate decline bench and felt fresh enough to do them after flat and incline. I like how im really able to incorporate lots of compound sets with volume.

Back day was great. Lots of heavy compounds but short rest and high reps. Set to set I aimed for as little rest besides getting set up. Was able to throw in lots of pull ups here and there while "resting" and did not notice much of a decrease in perfomance during sets. Cardio was a breeze and did not want to leave the gym so I did about 4 more sets of DB rows with some drop sets. I was forcing myself to leave, no exhaustion and im not even using a preworkout.

What ive really loved and noticed about xtend perform is the greater intensity and frequency of workouts, recovery and growth is optimal. More reps with heavier weight.
Allows me to have more sets while focus on adding weight. Shorter rest when going heavy, (sets with low reps close to 1 rep max). Great for pre workouts when training late.

Also, my last standing shaker cup was ruined by my puppy again (like the 3rd time) so I havent had the convenience of drinking xtend pre and intra then following up with a protein shake like I was doing at the start. Now im drinking xtend pre and the second scoop post workout, it gives me some peace of mind knowing I have something to hold me off until I eat. Using just a cup to mix at this point and honestly it mixes just fine.

This is awesome feedback here.. top and bottom.
Need to grab one of those 45oz Xtend Perform shakers off the main scivation website. They are life savers :) you can then mix 2 scoops and sip the entire thing pre/intra without needing multiple shakers!

Great late night back workout last night, no pre workout needed. Goal was to take advantage of short rest times. Started with light barbell rows, high reps but focusing on form. After a couple of sets added weight to each set pyramiding to a heavy set, no rest at all and got in complete sets. Went to pull ups and got as many reps as possible focusing on a full stretch. Little to no rest between sets. I like how I am able to do more reps but alows me to make each rep taxing (full stretch, short holds). Started getting a good pump. Finished off back with my usual excercises but tried to combine them in drop sets. Workout was go go go and didnt fall short on any sets. Really had lots of energy to finish off with some high rep bicep sets. Usual cardio at the end. Great workout, great endurance.

Whats going on in here big man?
Just about almost done with the second tub :( nothing but a great run. Been hammering workouts with volume and growth has really been coming along nicely. Did about a 3 hour back workout the other day, basically did the workout twice and yes I definitely went hard the first round just couldn't leave the gym lol. No soreness at all, great recovery. Will definitely be using again, hopefully as a staple.

Late final review of Xtend Perform Black Cherry:
Taste and mixability both exceptional not too sweet but tasty and fruity, rarely had/needed shaker ball even a spoon worked. Different amounts of water worked well with the taste and that was convienent. Workouts were beyond amazing! Sometimes when trying to gain weight I feel slow and sluggish and wouldnt even think about cardio. This time cardio was a breeze and workouts were full of energy from start to finish. Endurance was awesome with heavy weights, meaning less rest and more reps overall. I liked to focus on volume and still manage to use heavy compounds, I managed to do just that with Xtend Perform. I will definitely be using Xtend Perform again, A+ workouts with an A+ product.

Thanks again for the opportunity!
