I know you guys are worn down with this topic but I have a legeit question. I did a 12 week cycle with osterine and dermacrine. Went well. Then 6 months later I did 20mg/day of LGD for 2 months. Got very strong but now I’m two weeks into my PCT (Nolvadex 20mg two weeks and 10mg 2 weeks) and it smashed my T. Feel like ****. Would I be better off finishing Nolvadex and Sustain Alpha or just pinning some test

Well pinning the test is a bandaid. It's not fixing anything and when you come off test the problem is worse. If you could score some HCG that might help.

You are only 2 weeks into nolva recovery takes months, stick with the nolva, if you got sustain alpha then use it. Maybe get some Cialis to have on hand just in case.

But shyt takes time. And it's very normal to feel like **** during pct.

Even if you wanna get on testosterone I would try to figure out the problem first.

Hands down without a doubt the smartest thing you can do is get bloodwork so you know what needs to be fixed instead of guessing

Well, do you want to give pct and hormonal recovery a chance or do you want to jump on trt? Neither is wrong, but that's basically the question and you should ask yourself that, not others.

i agree, if you have sustain alpha then use it...i've been on trt since 08 but sustain alpha has been a pct staple for many on this forum for a lot of years.

also agree with bloodwork @Chris_Ballz good luck

Finish your PCT, like others have said recovery takes months not just 4 weeks of nolva and clomid. Personally torem was my jam for pct before I hoped on TRT.

Unless you want to start trt and never worry about PCT again, then sure start pinning test.

This is the way 😉
But seriously, if you're cycling and its PCT time, a SERM isn't some sirum thats going to make you magically feel back to 100.
Take your time, let your body recover, get some bloods done and go from there.
Hope you get to feeling yourself again

Yep, I always suggest that you wait 6-8 weeks after your PCT to get blood work. Serms are out of the system and you should be chooching on your natural production by then. If you're still out of whack, bang out another PCT and try again..... Worst case is you could YOLO 100-200mcg triptorelin

I wouldn't touch trip, if you need that to kick your nuts back on you mine as well go trt.

But you made a great point about getting bloods weeks after pct.

All these morons get bloodwork the last week of clomid or right after and they see high test levels because there testosterone is being artificially elevated by the clomid. It's 3,4,6 weeks later that your testosterone levels out and that's your real reading on testosterone.

Another thing I wanna add to this conversation is this, if you plan on cycling more then 1 cycle per year and doing so for multiple years then pct is a waste of time. Your just flipping the switch on and off repeatedly and there is no real recovery period because your starting the next cycle before everything has really been good. People see there test and health markers are back to normal and in a few weeks they hop back on cycles.

So in reality you run your 12-20 week cycle, testosterone and health markers go south, then you pct, say it takes 4 weeks for things to "look" normal, now 4 weeks later there planning there next cycle. Congratulations, you spent 24 weeks of suboptimal health and shutdown and spent 1-4 weeks actually being healthy or recovered.

You would be much better off running mild 12-16 week cycles and then cruising on a real trt dose of 200mg or less for 12 weeks maintaining your progress and start up again

On the other hand, if your the person who just cycles to look good for summer, then start your cycle in April, run it 16 weeks through the summer and pct. Don't start your next cycle till April the following year

Honestly people's aversion to trip is a bit over blown, the dosage for chemical castration is like 20 fold that of a restart dose.... Coupled with the fact that to remain chemically castrated, you must continuously administer it on a I believe monthly bases.

I pretty much agree with everything you've said though, if your going to do multiple cycles in a year it's wholely un-beneficial to attempt a PCT and your better off cruising. That or only cycle once a year for an extended cycle and spend the rest to recover to base line
