sarms recommended doses on the bottle VS the most effective doses

everyone with experience using SARMS what do you thing the most effective dose is against the recommended amount.

The sarms are;

LGD recommended at 6-9mgs a day
YK11 recommended at 10mgs a day
MK677 recommended at 20mgs a day
osterine recommended at 20mgs a day
cardarine recommended at 20mgs a day

I think you have mistakened "human" for "220lb rat"

Well, this 235lb rat can tell you that mk677 was much more effective @ 25 than at 12.5mg per day. However the Rat didnt experiment with the other research chemicals so it cant vouch for them.

LGD 15mg - 20mg to start
YK - Same as LGD, space throughout the day tho because of short half life.

LGD a little higher (can’t do more than 12mg daily personally) and I think I ran osta at 30. Depends on how you feel tbh.

Yk 11 can't comment I cut it short at 20 didn't like it

Osta can't comment I find it useless

If you want to be technical, a 220lb rat would use 6.2x as much as as a 220lb human; HED conversion and whatnot.
