sarms recommended doses on the bottle VS the most effective doses

everyone with experience using SARMS what do you thing the most effective dose is against the recommended amount.

The sarms are;

LGD recommended at 6-9mgs a day
YK11 recommended at 10mgs a day
MK677 recommended at 20mgs a day
osterine recommended at 20mgs a day
cardarine recommended at 20mgs a day
 
Sarms are not approved for human use...how could there be recommended dose for humans labeled on the bottle?

I think you have mistakened "human" for "220lb rat"

Well, this 235lb rat can tell you that mk677 was much more effective @ 25 than at 12.5mg per day. However the Rat didnt experiment with the other research chemicals so it cant vouch for them.

well I breed big rats my friend
 
LGD a little higher (can’t do more than 12mg daily personally) and I think I ran osta at 30. Depends on how you feel tbh.
 
Rad 15 to 30
Lgd 20 to 40
Yk 11 can't comment I cut it short at 20 didn't like it
Mk 12.5 to 25
Osta can't comment I find it useless
Cardarine 10 to 20

If you want to be technical, a 220lb rat would use 6.2x as much as as a 220lb human; HED conversion and whatnot. ;)
