Hey! Wow... Where do I start...
It has been some time since I was here before. I had some account way back in the days which I forgot the login infos to. Luckily I could log into this newer one!
How is everyone doing? I'll start by introducing myself, my stats, my goals, my plans, and then leaving my questions and thoughts to you guys.
I am almost 21 now. Have been training hard for the past 4-5 years. Never taken a day off from eating sufficient amounts of protein. Cutting to a low bodyfat has been hard, and doing it a few times had tought me the principles of dieting, and the importance of lean and not dirty bulking. Long story short - I know how to diet very properly, and I now stick to a higher protein intake (up to 200g) which I feel has given me good results.
Last time I benched, I did 110kgs (245lbs) for a solid 8 reps, very clean and easy. My bodyweigtht is 75-76kgs (168-170lbs). I think my genetics are superior, muscle muilding wise, and insertions/bellies. Bro splits have worked very well for me, and I'm a little embarrased to admit it, but I still stick to that split, even though I know it is not the most optimal for a natural athlete. I can do ~20 proper full range of motion pullups in one set. I will admit though, that I need to improve my lower body (to match the gains of the upper). I am 174.5 cm tall.
I want to get bigger. I want to look bigger and to look like more than just a natural guy. That's why I back in the day considered AAS and prohormones. I'm thankful alot of people and alot of research led me to staying away from those. My natural testosterone (I have not tested the levels) seem to be skyhigh. I always feel very strong and my mood is good. My libido is usually off the charts. I can safely say I would guess my levels are in the upper range if not some more. This is where my concern is.
I want to believe Ostarine will benefit me. A lower dose, or possibly a dose up to 25-30mg, for a couple weeks. I want to think that this will put on some serious gains, that will stay with me, and I want to believe with a proper PCT and possibly some MK-677 on the side, this can be achieved, with my high test levels coming back, with "off the charts libido"... But in reality, I think this won't be the case, and I am afraif that it will not be.
MK-677 would be something to run. I don't question if I should do that or not. But Ostarine or/and LGD, eirher Ostarine by itself, or stacked with the LGD... I'm not really sure what to do here. From what I have read, Ostarine should not cause as much surpression as LGD. And I also read that shorter cycles can give good results too, and with a PCT containing Arimistane and DAA, you are all good to go. You will be back at 100% again and if diet and training + mindset is there, almost all gains will be left with you. Is this true? Does anyone have experience with these things? Is it an "investment" or should I be happy with what I have and keep going? I know I can keep going like this. But the gains of course can not be compared to if I would have ran something...
I hope I made myself clear. Maybe, maybe not. I am not from the US or the UK so my english is not the best..
If you did read through all of this, I very much appriciate it, and want to thank you. And another than you for all answers (any are welcome), whether they are critical or informative/helpful.
Have a great one guys!
