I don't see any issues with that stack other than some lethargy but a test base will help with that. Interested in your results if you do run that stack, you should throw up a log if you pull the trigger

looks like ill be stscking Rad 140 with LGD

Rad 0/0/4/4/8/8/12/12
Lgd 4/4/8/8/8/8/12/12

Probably use andro the giant as a base plus Arm1care.

Start the rad from day 1 with the lgd. Hit it hard from the jump! What's your pct look like?
 
Got Nolva.

ordered some clomid just in case. Got super pct from OL.

Also have a bottle of Viron / Follidrone but not sure if ill use it.

anything else you recommend?
 
Serm, otc pct, and a natty anabolic. Looks like you have your bases covered!
 
Anyone suffer from estro sides with OL LGD?? Have my stack waiting to start but no AI on hand?? Necessary or will I be good to jump straight on??
 
From what ive read there not to common but can still happen. Id have one just to be safe. Im gonna be running lgd in about a week. Yates recommended i have some exemestane on hand just incase

Yep, uncommon but not impossible. Definitely get your hands on some exemestane to have just in case

Eliminate is good but it isn't going to cover you if high estrogen sides develop. I would have exemestane or armidex, even nolva or letro if nothing else that can help you deal with any gyno that might try and form. Eliminate is good for estrogen control but once things get out of hand you need something stronger

Just as an FYI, there have been some recent logs where experienced members cycled RAD140 and had some serious lethargy issues. One of the members was even running higher than HRT levels of injectable Test and still suffered from fatigue/lethargy. 4 weeks also seems to be the point where these guys were starting to see the lethargy really hit hard. Don't be afraid to drop the RAD after 4 weeks if it's affecting your workouts. From the minimal feedback out there, the gains appear to happen early with this compound and level off rather quickly.

As yates said, make sure your 'test base' is in order for this cycle. LGD has caused lethargy for more then a few as well. If it were me, I would add in Dermcrine at 2-3 pumps per day, along with your 4-DHEA. This way you are attcking possible lethrgy from two different angles.

I'd also mke sure you have a legit AI (Exemestane) on hand as you probably don't know how you will react to any of these compounds. I'm guessing they are all new to you.

Lethargy's a B!tch but as long as my test levels dont drop too low i can deal eith it for a week or two. Ill throw up a log when i start it

I am. Ill be using dermacrine. Just didnt post it. Lazyness i suppose.

Hopefully it'll go well. I didnt experience much of lethargy from super DMZ 2.0 and its a pretty harsh PH. (Not saying im immune or even close). Could be i was just amped because i kept breaking strength PR's left and right which motivated me to git the gym harder and harder throughout the cycle.

Standard recovery time for most muscles is 48 hrs(Natty), so basically you can train every muscle group 2x a week which most BB do. Now if your on a caloric deficit, you have to be very careful as you will be more prone to injuries especially if your lifting heavy(Happens to the Pros, i.e. Dorian Yates). All I can say is always train smart, use proper forms, listen to your body and leave your ego at the door and DONT DO CROSSFIT LOL.

I tried crossfit once split my pants down the back never again
 
I am on Osta and Derma one week now...I seem to have a few hairs come out when I wash it every morning...likely DHT increase.

I am a bit light on the back as it, don't really want to loose too much more. I am using Pura D'Or DHT blocking shampoo to help...anything else I could use? Finistrade? Or would blocking DHT reduce the effectiveness of Derma?

Maybe I should have only run it weeks 5-8 when I might have gotten Osta lethargy.

I would think the dermacrine is causing your problem, probably not the osta. If it becomes a problem then drop the dermacrine (pm me for addy to send unused product to)

Meant to say in original post that I believe it is Derma causing the issue. Not that huge clumps are coming out but definitely a fee hairs seem to be freeing themselves unfortunately.

RAD140 lethargy was/is crazy. Makes it hard to perform at work and makes me want to just stay in bed and not go to the gym.
Dermacrine at 3 pumps is now really helping though. Never thought topical dhea vs oral would make that much of a difference :)

So far i mostly notice a massively increased pump en a slight strength boost at 8-10 mg. I have decided to run my last 17 days at 20mg to see if it brings out more. I have 2 grams left so next year i'll start at 20mg or maybe even 30mg (if results are worth the dose increase)

What i really like about the RAD140 is the neuroprotection. Im very curious about the mechanism behind it.
I know this doesn't belong in a thread like this but i do mdma about twice a year and usually it will leave me hungover and depressed for a day or 2.
This time i felt completely fine.

I know you shouldn't mix recreational drugs with PED's. But i don't drink and never cycled anything else. And SARMS being milder in sides and non liver toxic i felt one night couldn't hurt.

I'll report back in 2 weeks with my results from the dosage increase. So far i'm up 3kg (lean) in 5 weeks.
 
MDMA essentially causes a serotonin bleed so idk if rad would have an effect on that ... Cause the euphoria is having all of that serotonin released at once for a period of time , and you feel like crap next day because your serotonin levels are now low . I don't think the two are related . It's probably coincidental tbh

Another quick question, besides potential lethargy from Osta is there any disadvantaged to dropping Derma now?

If lethargy hit I could maybe add it back in but instead of 8 weeks of Derma I could maybe get away with 3 weeks when Osta lethargy hits (if it hits).

Dermacrine really won't effect your gains, mainly mood and libido. If you drop it you can always pick it back up later on in your cycle if needed

Can you comment on this: people are saying that Sarms need to be in liquid form. Like 99.9% of the tab forms are bs? I am not sure if advertising is prohibited but people are also saying that only like sarms1 are legit.

Sounds like some bs that a company who only sells liquid would like you to think. In actuality, they are both the same. You take a raw product such as ostarine, it is either a) dissolved in a solution such as ethanol or b) mixed with a filler such as rice flower and put into a cap. How could one work better than the other? The same exact particles are entering your body to be processed. This is purely a marketing ploy to try and attract business

Currently stacking OL LGD and Cardar1ne,, both in caps form and have to say if they're not legit than this is the best placebo effect I've ever come across!!!!

Saw nutraplanet having a sale. Was thinking of running Rad and LGD anyone used these yet? and should I run one bottle of each?
