SARM's, MK, & GW : A User's Guide

hey guys sorry my posts are erratic but its due to my time frame ,I just started ostarine 50mg first wk in with 200mg cyp low t-level bodyfat is dropping from what I see in mirror strength throw the roof but cant get good sleep body doesn't get tired doing 2 1/2 hr workouts 5 days im 51

50mg Ostarine? That's the highest dose I've ever seen. That MAY be the issue with your sleep, my friend.

50mg of Osta is HIGH. We don't recommend over 25mg.

What brand is your Osta?
 
I found 20mg to be sufficient. I went to 25mg and didn't know any added benefit.
Loved Ostar1ne though for recomp and recuperation (joints haven't felt better in years).

Agreed. The highest I've ever gone was 30mg with an RC Ostarine quite some time ago, and it didn't seem any more beneficial than the lower dosages.

Agreed. 20mg is sufficient for most, and its fantastic for recomp and joint repair at that dosage as well.

I'm on 15mg with great results! Anything more than 25mg is past the point of dimishing returns and is only going to lead to more sides

Glad its doing you well, I can't keep track of who is on what anymore lol! I've never ran it that low, only 20mgs for 2 months. 30mgs got me slight gyno that disappeared after(didn't know too much at the time and it wasn't worth it at all).

They were my first source for SARMS way back when, I got burned on a $160 order. Saw no results at all. Took their S-4 up to 100mg every day, taking no days off, and had zero vision side effects. I know people have heard me tell this story a dozen times, but I'm still salty about it.

I strongly agree with this. 20mg is a high dose, 25 maybe for bigger guys. I also got great results with 15mg. I assume 10mg would work just fine, if you're strictly cutting. People often tend to "overdose" everything, but where are the benefits? You get 5% extra benefits, with 40% extra sides. No, thanks. Quality SARMS, like the ones from OL, are potent compounds. Think about it: 5-10mg of Ligandrol will have similar effects to 300mg daily dosage of 1-Andro. That's strong stuff right there.

Makes my 5-6mg of osta an 4mg of rad seem like week sauce.
An here I thought I was extreme stacking 1 cap of rad with 1 cap osta

Well then he stated it was from Southern Sarms, and considering their Ostarine at 25-30mg didn't do anything for me last year, I'm not sure he is really running Ostarine at 50mg.
 
Running a LGD/Cardar1ne/Ep1c Unleashed cycle...soon as my stack arrives ?... just wondering has anyone running this or similar?? Any cycle supps necessary,, say an AI for LGD sides??

Oddly enough LGD effects my prostate but I assume it is because I'm prone to it. GW is good for BP and so is EU.
 
Oh ya?? You do anything to counteract it?? Just wondering because the concensus is SARM'S don't require cycle support but I'm hearing LGD can cause estro sides??

Lgd isn't known for causing high estrogen sides but I would still have an ai on hand. No support supps are needed except maybe for bp if you are prone to an increase of bp on cycle. The only thing I would add is dermacrine or something similar as a test base

Lgd shouldn't have any effect on the prostate, that is one of the good things about sarms. In what ways are you getting negative prostate effects?
 
yates84 already have dermacrine,, you advised me get it a couple weeks back ;) what would your recommendation be for an AI so??

After PNs LGD(assuming it was legit) I felt it swell up(got effects too) but swell down a day or two after I noticed. I was also on GW but i stuck with it after and there was no effect on it.
 
CJNator how was your cycle overall?? What was the goal?? Any before and afters or any advice?? ☺

Ran same cycle no epic though . No support supps no nothing , no AI was needed and shouldn't be needed . Gained 13.5 kept 9!

This was when I was less educated but I did a recomp with LGD and GW and it went perfect. Amazing body composition and not one movement in body weight. Just know your body, it effects everyone differently; like yates said it isn't so pose to effect the prostate but I assume im prone to it so that is why that happened (assuming it was LGD). I'm running LGD and trest starting monday. I have a log up and ready. Just in case have a test base on hand and full pct.

Any advice on the cycle bro,, or before and afters?? So curious!!! What was your PCT like?? And what was your goal??
One other thing actually,, what was your body composition like before and after?? Did you cut first and bulk on cycle or go for a recomp?? Can't sleep at night thinking about running this cycle haha

Its the same thing but one is in a cap and the other is dissolved in a liquid solution. What does matter is 3rd party lab tests and a reputable company that has thousands of good reviews. Personally, I'm done with rc. You don't realize how weak they are until you use the real deal
 
thanks for input ,most of my stuff is from OL but new to sarms so trying liquid from southern sarms so far at 50mg which im taking everyone's advice im dropping to 25mg body feeling extremely strong and pain free and at 51 whatever works

Yea, I get results from ostarine at only one capsule per day bro you're taking almost 10x that

Nowhere near as strong as exogenous growth hormone but still very potent. Gharine actually triggers bigger pulses of your natural gh so you get all the benefits of increased gh but without the suppression.
 
Hey guys anyone have opinions/advice on preworkouts while running SARM's?? Specifically LGD/CARDA. Is it worth it?? Dangerous?? Thanks ???
