I havent had the crazy hunger feelings and BG is only ever so slightly elevated. Then again im taking 10mg. What dose did you run?

Am enjoying the fullness and now its kicked in i reckon pump tomorrow will be interesting.

20mg nightly, after the first month.

I don’t think it’s necessarily common for everyone to get elevated glucose on MK, but it definitely does happen to some and I think everyone should monitor if using. For $30 for a tester and strips it’s not like it’s cost prohibitive; that’s cheaper than one bottle of mk!

Totally agree. I could raise mine to 20mg but I dont think is necessary going off how im feeling. Buying a BG reader was the first thing i did...i agree its a cheap and effective way to make sure all is good.
