I have seen plenty of studies behind sarms, there are more studies done on sarms then most other supplements. Most supplements are put together without any specific studies done on them as a whole and only individual ingredients.
Btw on week three of LGD and just put up a PR on flat bench and PR in reps for incline


, trying new diets, beer festivals ect. I have borderline hypertension also and I believe product I take for that can be bad for lipids.
