Going to log my cycle here for my anabolic cycle and my results with my sarms.
Starting Stats:
Age:29
Height 6.0
Weight 208
Bf 19.2%
Lifts:
Bench 185
Squat 205
Deadlift 410
Powerclean 205
Background: Lifting on and off since 15. More off than on over last few years( became a father and won full custody and that mentally broke me down and kept from gym) 4 years mma training 4 years wrestling.
Ran a few bad cycles when I was 22-24 so messed up natural T and had to be put on TRT. Running 260mg per week as of start of cycle.
Cycling
Gw50156 20mg per day 10 weeks
S4 started at 40 mg per day tapered up to 100mg at 20 mg increase per week
Lgd 10 mg per day
Training:
Crossfit 5-6 days per week. Lifting on straggler days at golds. Heavily focused on deadlifts power cleans and squats. Have a bum elbow and shoulder so I'll bench maybe twice a month and supplement with different chest lifts.
Supplements and Diet:
2300 calories per day
180-200g of carbs
160-180g of protein
60-80g of fat
Animal pak, bcaa, fish oil, whey, creatine
