SAN Tight / Activate Xtreme Heart Issue?

What's up guys. So I've been taking these two for a few weeks now and lately it's felt like my hearts been tired, or overworked. Strange as it is it almost feels like my heart doesn't have enough room at times, which obviously is worrisome. Only thing I can think of is the l-dopa from the mucuna in Xtreme and maybe the yohimbine or synephrine from the Tight somehow causing this. Any thoughts?

Combining L-dopa with those stimulants, especially the two you mentioned, can definitely cause peripheral side effects, pressor action, and uncomfortable/dangerous cardiac side effects. I'd stop using all stimulants when using L-dopa, given your situation.
