Same calories VS "zig-zag"

I was wondering.. Wouldn't be better a consistent kcal "zig-zag" instead of a consistent kcal intake?
Explain. Let's say I need 2500kcal wouldn't be better a plan like this instead of keep goin wit 2500 every day?
Mon: 2500
Tue: 2300
Wed: 2800
Thur: 2300
Fri: 2500
Sat: 2800
Sun: 2300

Same a mount of kcals at the end of the week but keep changing shouldn't help to speed up the metabolism?

I've heard of people doing this as well. If it works for you, go for it.
 
300 cals on a couple days won't speed up metabolism in my eyes.I use zig zag for my cuts.I do three days low carb and one refeedday then repeat.so calories are for 100grams to 120 carbs and protein and fat needs and extra calories are kept for refeed days mine are usually 2000 on low carb days and 3400 on refeed days.been losing fat fine and keeping muscle .
