Test run 5/6/09 from Diagnos-Techs, Inc.

Dhea- 7 (3-10 ng/ml)
Progesterone- 101 (5-95 pg/ml)
Androstenedione- 335 (151-350 pg/ml)
Estrone- 13 (30-58 pg/ml)
DHT- 35 (22-72 pg/ml)
*Testosterone- 19 (50-80 pg/ml)
*FSH- 140 Normal= <125 ulU/mL
*LH- 44 Normal= 10-25 ulU/mL

Diet:

#1- 4 whole eggs, 1/2 cup blueberries
2- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
3- 4 oz buffalo, green veges, little EVOO and vinegar
4- 4 oz salmon, green veges, little EVOO and vinegar
5- 1 scoop WPI, 1 serving greens mix, 2 TBS ground flax seeds, 2 TBS ground pumpkin seeds or 1 TBS macadamia nut oil
6- 8 oz. chicken, 1/4 cabage steamed w/ 1 TBS coconut oil melted
7- 1 cup warm organic non-homogenized whole milk

all most all organic, on training days I add about 1/2 cup quinoa, steel cut oats or 2 slices Ezekiel bread

training- because of various injuries, I cannot lift/hold/grab weights

body weight legs 2 x weekly
yoga 3 x weekly
H.I.I.T cardio 2 x weekly for 20 minutes
hiking 1 x weekly
various p.t. exercises and core 2-3 x weekly

Xymogen- 780 EC pure x 4 (fish oil)
Designs for Health- CraveArrest 2 first thing in the morning (neurotransmitter balance)

Biopharma Scientific- NanoGreens and NanoPro 1 serving each

symptoms- no morning wood, no libido, weak erections

sleep- take kloponin .5 mg 5 x weekly to sleep, if I don't take it during the week, I will literally not sleep 1 minute or maybe 1-2 hrs., take CalmsForte 3 tablets on the weekends and stay up late to exhaust myself so I can sleep, overall- getting 5-7 hrs sleep per night

energy is good, but feel much better when the sun goes down and almost a rush of energy from then until I take a kloponin- very frustrating

managing stress challenges me considerably- working on breath, yoga
have dealt w/ depression since age 15
former bodybuilder who abused prohormones and other bodybuilding supps
am a personal trainer

Any suggestions, questions or feedback on how to get this sleep/test/libido thing turned around.
 
Where are the cortisol results? That is pretty much the only accurate part of that test, and most relevant to sleep issues. For the other labs I stick to serum testing. I, too have the same problem... restlessnes at night... more of an anxious feeling. I believe mine's cause by low cortisol... taking a little HC before bed has helped.
 
HC meaning HydroCortisone

You get energy at night from the adrenaline rush produced by the adrenals. You need a 4 point saliva cortisol test at 4 different times during the day to see where you are.

Your libido/wood issues are likely due to testosterone/estrogen issues. So get blood levels of those tested for more accurate levels. You look like you simply have low-T.

Blood test for - Total T4, Total T3, High sensitive-TSH, Thyroid Peroxidase Auto-antibodies, Thyroid Globulin antibodies. Reverse T3, Total T, Free T, E2 - Estradiol, DHT, DHEA, IGF-1, LH, FSH, ACTH, Prolactin.

And just do the 4 point saliva cortisol and single DHEA saliva.

Diet looks a little unnecessarily low in carbs. Id increase the carbs a bit. It might make your mood a little better.

Also for mood/depression 5HTP -5hydroxytryptophan would be good since it increases serotonin, depression is pretty much neurotransmitter imbalances. This one would also help you sleep better.

That should get you started.

Tells me nothing ...Salvia is invalid for all of these ..cortisol only on that is accurate in males ..Dhea is worthless in salvia as well need serum.

diet is unbalanced leading potentially leading to alot of hormonal imbalances and thyroid issue.
Bodybuilders = adrenal imbalance. Personal trainers are not nutritionist and unless you have seizures or diabates this type of diet is not healthy despite what people say for the long haul. Obviously you bee reading too much of palmubo stuff.. Some people this works for others it can destroy them. You and i had a long conversation of this stuff. Your approach is applausable, but it may be doing more damage then good with out carbs. My expectation is that you need to look at your cell membranes and work on rebalancing them. Alot of people that have fatigue disorder tend not to do so well on fish oils as they end up suppressing cortisol and other hormones as I have seen over and over again. Through proper balance one can jump start hormonal access by rebalancing the cell membranes. i have accomplished this several time back by clincal testing.
 
I wouldnt do keto diets or something with very low carbs it just can mess you up.

As matrix said fish oils are pretty bad that an Nitric Oxide supplements i would avoid like the plague.
