Test run 5/6/09 from Diagnos-Techs, Inc.
Dhea- 7 (3-10 ng/ml)
Progesterone- 101 (5-95 pg/ml)
Androstenedione- 335 (151-350 pg/ml)
Estrone- 13 (30-58 pg/ml)
DHT- 35 (22-72 pg/ml)
*Testosterone- 19 (50-80 pg/ml)
*FSH- 140 Normal= <125 ulU/mL
*LH- 44 Normal= 10-25 ulU/mL
Diet:
#1- 4 whole eggs, 1/2 cup blueberries
2- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
3- 4 oz buffalo, green veges, little EVOO and vinegar
4- 4 oz salmon, green veges, little EVOO and vinegar
5- 1 scoop WPI, 1 serving greens mix, 2 TBS ground flax seeds, 2 TBS ground pumpkin seeds or 1 TBS macadamia nut oil
6- 8 oz. chicken, 1/4 cabage steamed w/ 1 TBS coconut oil melted
7- 1 cup warm organic non-homogenized whole milk
all most all organic, on training days I add about 1/2 cup quinoa, steel cut oats or 2 slices Ezekiel bread
training- because of various injuries, I cannot lift/hold/grab weights
body weight legs 2 x weekly
yoga 3 x weekly
H.I.I.T cardio 2 x weekly for 20 minutes
hiking 1 x weekly
various p.t. exercises and core 2-3 x weekly

Biopharma Scientific- NanoGreens and NanoPro 1 serving each
symptoms- no morning wood, no libido, weak erections
sleep- take kloponin .5 mg 5 x weekly to sleep, if I don't take it during the week, I will literally not sleep 1 minute or maybe 1-2 hrs., take CalmsForte 3 tablets on the weekends and stay up late to exhaust myself so I can sleep, overall- getting 5-7 hrs sleep per night
energy is good, but feel much better when the sun goes down and almost a rush of energy from then until I take a kloponin- very frustrating
managing stress challenges me considerably- working on breath, yoga
have dealt w/ depression since age 15
former bodybuilder who abused prohormones and other bodybuilding supps
am a personal trainer
Any suggestions, questions or feedback on how to get this sleep/test/libido thing turned around.
