**S23 SARM** BAD SIDE EFFECTS!

I guess it’s just that everyone’s different, my bodyunfortunately is very sensitive to most compounds.

Keep us updated and quit that **** if your pee turns dark or your labs are rising drastically.

When you get dark pee you should always quit in my opinion. I was thinking of possibly running DMZ too some day. How many weeks in to your cycle did your pee change colors?

Well I think I was about 6 weeks into my cycle of just LGD and MK677. Added the S23 and if I remember correctly it changed within a week if not a couple days.

Good to hear. In the meantime continue with the TUDCA & NAC but bump to 1.75G TUD & NAC to 3G. Drink plenty of water.

For the Bilirubin; pick up a iron supplement and some Ferrous Sulphate take 1 pill a day of both with vitamin C. This will bring down that Bilirubin number, which will help with the other numbers.

Cgkone had a similar experience as you. He was only on S23 a short period of time and his urine changed color. So far thankfully I have had a similar experience as RickyBlobby who ran it for a long time and his urine never changed color. Everybody is different. I will definitely be stopping if my urine changes color though so thanks for making this thread so others can be warned.

I will also be getting lipid bloods at the end of this cycle and will post those results too. For lipid support been running fish oil pills, Olympus Labs Arimicare Pro, and Molecular Nutrition’s Lipod Stabil. Also been eating clean and doing cardio seven days a week so if my lipids still come back trashed as bad as a methylated steroid I will not be running S23 again. Better off running DMZ for half as
long and only trashing your lipids for half the amount of time if lipids come back as bad as running a methylated. Would get more gains with the DMZ anyway.

I guess they also did Total and Free T:

Total >1500 (249-836 ng/dl)
Free T > 50 (9.3-26.5 pg/ml)

The Bilirubin is coming down which is definetly good as that is most associated with jaundice . I’m on trt too.Got a similar total t as you, but damn wish I could have your free t levels man!

I’m glad y’all convinced me to go to the ER, I feel like I may live through this now lol I was pretty fukkkin worried. I threw all my sarms out.

You on HCG? If so what’s your protocol?

No, I am not on it. Less drugs the better. No AI either and estrogen still in range. 175 mg a week test shot.

He took IRC BIO. They are supposedly legit. I don’t doubt it was legit S23 either that did this to him. Too many S23 users report this on here frequently and some with bloodwork too supporting it. It has many sides including harsh on liver, shutdown, hair loss in some users, fatigue if you on not on test with it, and whacks lipids too.

That’s so weird, IRC s23 is what I used for 4 weeks, no support and no issues. I had planned a run in a few months but I’m thinking this is good for the garbage can. Thanks gov. For forcing our hand.

What dose did you run the S23 at? How were your results?
 
I have Narrows s23 on hand, most likely won't use on this cycle. Ordering yk11 though. Will add to cycle in two weeks.
 
All SARMs have side effects. I know they work for me though. Never got so many are you on roids comments this summer when I ran Kong.
 
Big sale on Kong to on black Friday at one of my fav supp stores. They'll finalize it tomorrow hopefully, I'll probably run it again this summer with DMZ.
 
S23 is probably by far the harshest in terms of sides for Sarms, thus it is unfair to judge all Sarms based on the potential side effects of Sarm S23.

10/10/20/20 and the results were good. Leaned up quite a bit but stayed full. Increased vascularity like none of the other sarms ive taken. It’s weird, I cosmetically looked better in 2 days lol

I know what you mean. I am currently using S23 at 30 mg. I am 5 weeks in and the fat is just falling off on a cut and my weights I am able to lift are consistently going way up despite me being at a significant calorie deficit. Only noticeable side I have had so far is hair loss which ceased after I added Rogaine. Blood pressure hasn’t gone up much and had Hematocrit levels tested half way in and it hasn’t gone up either. Steroids have both of these sides effects

Dont not run DMZ because of me sir. It usually happens week 4ish. When it got real dark brown I did stop, but when I run orals, it is usually darker anyhow.
 
5 WEEK UPDATE:

THE ITCHING HAS PRETTY MUCH SUBSIDED, YELLOWING OF THE EYES IS ALMOST GONE (STILL SOME IN THE CORNERS IF I LOOK LEFT OR RIGHT), URINE IS STILL DARK AT TIMES BUT CLEARS UP TOWARDS NIGHT.

ULTRASOUND OF INTERNAL ORGANS CAME BACK GOOD, EVERYTHING IS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY.

WILL GET BLOODS DONE IN A FEW WEEKS TO SEE WHERE MY LIVER ENZYMES ARE AND MY BILLIRUBIN.

IM CURRENTLY OFF ALL SUPPLIMENTS BESIDES TUDCA AND CYCLE ASSIST.
 
I will be making 3 posts for my separate post cycle lab results I recently had done because it includes the compound S23 so it is relevant to this thread. All test results were taken within days of running the following compounds for 8 weeks- S23 30 mg, Rad 140 30 mg, Ostarine 25 mg, Epi-Andro 1000 mg, alongside testosterone replacement therapy cruise dose of 175 mg a week. Support supplements were fish oil pills, Molecular Nutrition Lipid Stabil, Olympus Labs Arimicare Pro, and 1250 to 1000 grams Olympus Labs TUDCA a day.

Hematocrit test posted below tested in normal range (Note this is an advantage of Sarms over most Anabolic steroids)

Next is kidneys and liver value bloods. All tested in normal or near normal range, thus did not have liver problems with running the S23 like most. I think the 1000-1250 mg Olympus Labs Tudca and Olympus Labs Arimicare Pro did its job nicely. That and I probably blessed with a strong liver. No dark urine experienced at any time on cycle either.

Finally here are my lipid value bloods. Triglycerides, LDL, and total cholesterol/HDL level all remained in range, however HDL did go down way low from 40s pre-cycle to only 23 after post cycle. According to Lab Corp I am only at an "average risk" of a heart attack per my T Cholesterol/HDL reading though. I expected my HDL to take a whacking as pretty much any anabolic such as a Sarm, steroid, or prohormone will do this. Overall I was running this cycle for 8 weeks as a cut and lost about 4% body fat and would certainly considering running it again.

A few days is enough to lower your ast and alt enough to matter, not hundreds of points or anything but maybe as much as 20-30.

Last day of cycle was 12/13/18 with final dose taken late evening. Blood draw was taken 12/15/18 early in the morning so it was drawn less than 36 hours after the final dose, thus I highly doubt there would be a significant variance in less than a day and a half. Also, I had liver values taken mid cycle and the ranges weren’t much different than after cycle readings which would further support that there would not be much variance due to waiting 36 hours for the blood draw.
 
11 WEEK UPDATE:

EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL, URINE IS CLEAR, NO JAUNDICE, NO OTHER SIGNS.

WORKOUTS HAVE BEEN GOOD WITHOUT PWO, FINALLY ADDING PWO IN A FEW DAYS A WEEK.

AT THIS POINT IM JUST TRYING TO GAIN BACK SOME OF THE WEIGHT I LOST (10lbs)...IM BACK UP 6 LBS.

IF MY LABS ARE NORMAL I MAY JUST DO A MINI BLAST 350-400mg Test C/Wk.

I AM CURRENTLY ON 200mg/Wk TRT.
 
I been taking sarms for a little over a month and I’ve experienced lower back pain nose bleeds every morning after 4 weeks of s23 nose bleeds happen more than once during the day and my balls hurt a lot like I been sitting on them but I haven’t and it shoot’s up the stomach a little bit any advice ?

I took it today with no pre workout but ima stop because I feel like **** thought i would get over the feeling but ima start taking my pct and got a cycle defender on the way was just curious if any one else experienced these side effects and what they did

Your blood pressure is probably extremely high. S-23 is very potent. Very liver toxic. For me it was harsher on side effects then any methylated designer steroid I have ever taken!
 
So I’ve been on pct and stopped taking s23 and it’s been a month and I feel way better would you guys try s23 again or just try gear at this point I still have 2bottles of the s23 kinda want to try it with a cycle defender to help the organs or try some gear maybe what would you guys do ?
