Yeah that would be cool, come and visit, russian is an interesting language, but very different to english, in some cases you can put the words in any order you like, but proper understanding comes from the inflection in your voice, something like yoda from star wars.

Well, its not great, some hostility here, but its harder for the georgians living in russia, than it is for us, i think they feel out of place, wich is understandable, personaly, i like them, but its nothing to do with like and dislike really, i think its russia being greedy, and wanting the oil lines that run through south osetier, north of georgia.
And of course georgia wants them too, but they cant stand against russia, so they put up a lot of propagandas to make it look like russia was being very aggresive, but because they put up the propaganda, it made the russian goverment more angry, and they have done a lot of things they shouldnt be.
But in general, russia is ok, i want to move to the uk though, because its much more stable to bring up a family. but we will see.

Yeah i am ill at the mo, not allowed to train, and cant eat much, had salmonella or whatever its called in english, so thanks for the get well message, much appreciated.
My favourite team is arsenal, but im following totenham a bit this season only because they have pavelachenko, untied play great football, slow start this season though.
Arsenal look like they need more experience and strength midfield, fabregas needs a partner,

I agree with your assement of Werdum. He is greatly improved over the years and working with chute boxe now seems to have opened him up tremendously. I think a rematch with Nogueira might go his way this time around. However, everytime you count Nogueira out he finishes someone by sub LOL!
How about your country's and probably the world's best fighter, Fedor? He's def. my favorite along with Crocop (although Mirko has not been himself lately). Fedor just seems too well rounded and too determined to be overthrown by anyone except maybe by a freak hail mary punch that can happen to any of the best...

As you all know who are following im injecting eod, so today i have no injection, i have been sneaking down oats, and protein whenver the wife turns her back, so i hope she doesnt read this later...sorry if you do read this,
Weight has dropped to 204, but that was because i lost so much fluid, Anyway, i checked my lbm, and its the same roughly, so hopefully im not to catabolic, im dosing androsterione to fight cortisol, and mega dosing vitamin c, i will still post pictures at the end of this log, as you guys havent seen me of late, maybe il post a couple from a few years ago, when i was so skinny, hope all you guys are ok, im having tests tommorow to see how im fighting this food poisoning.
Plan, i think im going to order cr-02 from millenium sport, as the rave reviews its getting make me quite excited.
Other news, sold my car, a volkswagon golf estate 1.9 tdi, dont know what im buying yet, wife is looking at some houses in the uk, so we maybe moving closer to USA soon.
Dont know what il do for work though in the uk, have to send my portfolio to fitness companies and magazines again, hoping to get some work.

When Crocop was in Pride he was my number one favorite fighter. I was rooting for Mirco when he fought Fedor, but like you said, Mirco has long since lost his edge. Fedor has been my number one guy for awhile now. I was still rooting for Mirco even after that devastating knock out by Gonzaga, I chalked that up as luck for Gonzaga, but then he just got downhill in a free fall manner. My second favorite fighter would be BJ Penn, and I've got high hopes that Lesnar learns the ropes and dominates by power AND skill.
Overall, Fedor is the man for sure.

I think Werdum is great! I dont think he has been tested that well. unfortunately, i dont think he can beat . Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira or couture right now. In a year from now who knows maybe so?!
I wish Andrea Arlofski was still in the ufc! he and nogueira would make a great fight!

Cool, i trained sambo, and muay thai since 13, now learning ju jitsu, awesome bout the judo, i always fancied learning those throws you do.
TUF 8 has been awesome, but browning is so annoying, shame because he has talent, but i dont like him, i dont like bader either but i think he is going to be very hard to beat.
Like timberlakers said, you only get one chance, i think browning blew his.
I like arlovski, from belarus, i just think he needs more confidence, he is certainly one of the best strikers, i supported him always and cro cop, i always rated arona too.
As for the ufc i think lesnar has massive potential, you cant teach being enourmous, geneticaly he is a monster, but im not sure of his actual ability to fight, like some guys are just awesome fighters, great fighting brains, they know when to strike, what to do, when fedor fought cro cop at his best, fedor was so clever, he wouldnt give cro cop space, much like couture is very clever, and always seems to do the unexpected.
I have watched every werdum fight he has ever had, plus his final in the ju jitsu world championship, he is so talented, and his striking is getting better, i think he will be a big suprise as a contender next year, the other guy i rate is machida, because he is so elusive, very skilled, i dont like brawlers i love strikers, and he is awesome.
Bj penn, is just so gifted, i cant see him loosing his belt, plus gsp cant wait for him to face the winner of alves v sanchez.

Been taking 90 grams of bcaa these last few days, trying to keep anabolic, i have eaten a lot of anti-oxidants, and trying to stay positive with some dmae.
Hydration has been the biggest problem as ive been sweating and weeing alot, so today ive uped my water intake up to 4 gallons, hope this will help.
My arms are fuller and bigger for sure since ive been using ecdy as an injectable, trying to make up reservatrol into a transdermal, and 11-oxo together.
Havent tried a transdermal before so this is my first go, anyone have some help?

I think you swapped Light and Welter weights... Otherwise you are spot on.
Middleweight - I think Silva may not be in there... Looks as though he may be retiring from MMA before then - but who knows how serious he is about that. I think as long as he stays, he will be champ. I do like Kendal Grove quite a bit - I'd call him the darkhorse here... If Filho moves to the UFC, I think he has a shot.
Heavyweight - Who is even the champ in the UFC these days?!?! I like Lesnar's size obviously - but I'm hoping someone comes out of nowhere and just starts destroying people. I think the best Heavyweights are not in the UFC surprisingly enough.
L Heavyweight - I'm picking a resurgent Rampage Jackson, provided he gets a crack against Forrest Griffin again. Otherwise I say Forrest remains the man.
Lightweight - Penn is pretty much a lock unless Faber decides to gain a couple pounds. :twisted:... I would LOVE to see that fight. Joe Steveson and Nate Diaz would be Darkhorses.

Yeah faber would be a great aquisition for the ufc, i would love either of the emelienkos or overeem to join the ufc, to spice things up, i hope we see a striker take over the heavy weight division.
Yeah your right i rate nate diaz, he is very talented, and the other guy at light heavy is shogun rua, if he can stay fit, he is a talent too.
I just think dana screwed nog, by getting randy back, and giving lesnar the fight for the belt, that was harsh.
Would be awesome if rampage can make the comeback, if he is on the game mentally, i think its a possibility.

Everyone has off nights man... That's the nature of the game. GSP also got slaughtered by Matt Hughes - but redeemed himself. That's why I called him a darkhorse.
Nate Diaz is very underrated... BJ would be an idiot to underestimate him. All the talent in the world, but I do question his dedication. Nate needs to get some good anabolics in his system and move up a weight class. Again though, thats why I called him a darkhorse.

haha, off night, thats funny joe stevenson would never have an on night against Penn are you dreaming? I agree Nate is a dangerous guy and i would say he could have his night against Penn so he has the right to be called a darkhorse i just see a horse so dark it might not be there haha.
Where i come from you still make money betting on the favorite, but betting against Penn its pretty hard to find a taker on that. Penn is my favorite fighter hands down i cant see anyone in his class beating him. Faber would be a good opponent but i dont see him coming out of WEC for a long time, i bet he is getting alot of $$$$$$ from them, he's their pride a joy.

Stevenson might be spent... but you don't have to look back to far to a point where he was destroying everyone they put in front of him.
I do like Penn quite a bit, but it's fairly clear that the MMA world is on his nuts aggressively these days. I admit the guys BJJ is unmatched, but some of these people are making his standup sound world class, when it couldn't be further from that. Yeah, he exposed Sherk with something most people were calling a jab, but c'mon... Even still, no one beats Penn for the moment - but Stevenson does have the tools to have a shot at it, he just has to properly use them.

You should be proud. I'm a huge fan of Penn, one of my favorite fighters, and I think he's incredibly talented and dedicated... He crushed Stevenson.. He's also much more experienced, and older. I've seen plenty of fights in boxing where the young guy gets dominated, and never really recovers... (Think Trinidad / Vargas or Calzaghe / Lacy)... Stevenson is probably finished as an elite fighter.
I think you're taking this the wrong way. I don't think he's GOING to beat him, he's obviously not a better fighter, but I do think that he is one of the better fighters in that division. He could be the champ without beating BJ - BJ could abandon and move up (already explored a GSP fight) - or BJ could lose to someone else who Stevenson could fight and beat. Styles make fights man, BJ has Stevensons number - doesn't mean he's garbage... Look at Shane Mosely - one of the better fighters of his era at Welterweight... Got DESTROYED by Vernon Forrest TWICE... I still think Shane is the better fighter.
That being said, I don't even like Stevenson - but he is talented.

Oh, and "LOL" if you think BJ has an elite stand up game... Not that it matters in the sport. I have a lot of respect for the guys that can take guys down, and win on the mat... but his standup is a means to an end. Decent striking and marginal defense until he can take down his opponent.

im 215 right now around 12% I always thought i would be good around 185. How much bf would i have to be to be at 185 with this muscle? anyone know the calcs?

12% bf
= 25.8 lbs fat
= 189.2 lbs LBM.
So even losing 100% of your bodyfat alone won't do it. It would actually be impossible for you to get to 185 without losing muscle mass.
