Nutrition has been on point, but heading to a superbowl party sunday and going to try to limit damage. So Far, SO good!
Everything definitely looking good here!
Will hard to not indulge on Sunday. I am going to try to hit a good hard workout right before I head out, so I can have some post workout carbs! Although I am sure Montego will be calling us all cheaters!
no boggleI dont know how people can clean eat every single day! Its just mind boggling.
Fair enough, I'm getting there in steps! Went from complete junk, to 85% healthy....
I dont know how people can clean eat every single day! Its just mind boggling. I know we are making healthy alternatives but i am damn sure there will be some junk that goes in. Just trying to load up on veggies and such to limit the damage!
no boggle it's a lifestyle....so it's just, you know, what we do
Fair enough on the clean eating. Once i mess up its usually back to business as usual. The longer i get into it the less junk i put in, and then it gets less and less as time passes. Todays Workout : Shoulders Military Press ( Seated ) 5X12 ( 70 # ) Upright Rows 5X12 (70#) Lat Raises 5X12 (20#) Full Frontal 5X12 ( 25# Dbs ) Shrugs : 5X12 Weighted Cirlces 5X12 (15# dbs ) Nice full feeling with the pump this morning. Shoulder and Leg days make me feel like i am on beast mode. Really feeling the early am workouts with Px Black. Todays Macros : Cals : 2000 Fat : 64G Sat Fat : 21 G Carbs : 122G Protein : 220G I think i will just start posting macros because nobody really wants to see what i eat every day and we can get a good idea if its good or not by my macros. 2 weeks into this program and i am already feeling much stronger than constant bouts with cardio or lifting 6 days a week. It feels weird with 3 rest days through the week but i feel the difference physically and mentally.
Whatever is easiest to post as far as food is cool with us. Ever since I changed to am workouts I'm not sure I could ever go back to lifting in the evening. It's a great way to start the day for sure
nice exercise choices & rotationMondays Workout : Chest and Back w/ Abs
niiceOverall the last 2 day I have been sick, but pushing through with good results. The BCAA + SAA continues to be great in recovery and is always much needed through the workout. Still getting a lot of energy with the PX Black, and its been treating me great!
nice splits indeed -- the calories tho .. :yikes:Nutrition for today :
Cals : 1870
Total Fat : 49
Sat : 18
Carbs : 162
Protein : 194
well there is the bottom line, surelyFeeling good with where i am at at this point in time!
Yeah, so far so good. Not as i expected, but i am leaning out well.
Just stick to it. Remember, rapid changes usually aren't for the long term.

I felt like an animal 2 days in a row. Tomorrow Will be strictly cardio, hoping for 30-40 minutes on treadmill or elliptical.
Make that three. Are the pairings in that workout supersets... if so.. fine job!
Yes sir, the pairings are in fact supersets! Bean5er, Both actually... Monday : After Chest and Back i do 10 min HIIT Wed : Off day lifting, i do 30-40 min LISS Friday : After Shoulders i do 10-15 min HIIT And Snagency, i never imagined so much good could come out of eating a little bit more throughout the day!
Todays Workout : 35 minutes steady cardio on the elliptical Not going to lie guys, i am more tired after 35 minutes of cardio than a 1 hour lifting session. I am sore and tired after lifting but cardio always kills me. The reasoning for adding cardio back into my workout is because we booked a trip to Disney World and i want to be on the best shape i can be. It gives me till the end of October to do it and i am stoked. 8 months to figure this all out. And now that i take in roughly 600 more healthy calories in the day i find myself not wanting as much junk food after work. It made it easier to stick to this eating plan. Snagency, that 600 calorie surplus just saved my workouts and my life man! Thanks for pointing out that my calories were way to low even on a cut. Todays Nutrition : Cals : 2345 Fat : 78G Sat : 22.5G Carbs : 157G Protein : 252G I have been feeling pretty damn good just after a 3 day adjustment. Just pushing for fat loss and not weight ( scale ) loss. I am more for a recomp effect and i am loving the lifting over cardio approach. I am still loving the PX Black, even though it seems it has leveled off, but i can def tell if i forget to take it. ALC CLA is going to be my new staple from here on out. Absolutly in love with it, and The Blue Razz BCAA+SAA is off the friggin chain man. Always avoided BCAAs for the taste and this has it back in my must haves for sure. Might take this stack on for another 30 days before a break because i am enjoying the benefits of it! Finaflex, you are the greatest supplement company i have found! And to Bean5er,Wasme,Snagency, and Montego, you guys have been great! Thank you for input and motivation, without you guys who knows how this would have went!

Getting made fun of for my tupperware bowls with chicken and steamed veggies while everyone is eating mcdonalds, etc.
Loving Finaflex so much i decided to buy some Ignite2 today along with some Forskolin95. Will update a full update on monday about how each product is working etc.
That is jealousy - due to the fact that you are committed to your goals! Kinda funny how people are...
Ignite 2, fantastic!
I try to motivate others, and i want to apologize for the gaps in posting over the last 2 weeks but my job has me travelling to corporate and other sister companies to help organize stamping rooms etc. Its just been hectic. Getting made fun of for my tupperware bowls with chicken and steamed veggies while everyone is eating mcdonalds, etc. Been having enough time in the morning to get up. see the family for an hour, workout, shower and leave for work. Loving Finaflex so much i decided to buy some Ignite2 today along with some Forskolin95. Will update a full update on monday about how each product is working etc.
People at work get kissed because I don't budge from what I bring. They buy me fast food etc that I ignore and they say it's all arrogance and what not. Stupid a$$e$.....
I've gone through this myself. It's funny to me now.
In our society it's normal to be overweight and eat McDonald's or whatever but if we pack a meal that is healthy and we turn down junk, we are the weird ones. To hell with being normal bud keep being different, it's only a matter of time before these people stop laughing and start asking for help, trust me on this.
Incline Bench : 12,10,8,6 ( Since I only have 215 pounds of weights i used a 5-1-5 tempo at 215 pounds )
that's my mottoTo hell with being normal bud keep being different.
that's because, generally speaking, majority of ppl hate to see others succeedSo true... if we work out and eat healthy were are obsessed. If we go to McD's and lay on the couch we are normal.
or chains- you should looking into getting some power bands to add resistance
So I finally got the chance to use Ignite2. Man, and i thought Finaflex couldnt get any better and then i try this lovely cocktail. This is some bada$$ stuff! Absolutely in love! Feeling a little better today, but i am going to kick some ass this week. I am ready to do some serious business from here till October!

I am really digging this because i dont really have all the time in the world for 3-4 days of long ass LISS training. HIIT is the way it gets done, especially post lift! Nutirtion has been on point, but like i said i didnt eat **** for 2 days and i am feeling the strength decrease this week. I am going to keep plugging away and see where I go. Its the only thing to do, right? Ordered one more bottle of PX Black before i take a break from the stims, but i will not stop using the ALC CLA.
Good call on keeping the ALC CLA in the game... I for one really dislike stim breaks lol.Ignite 2 (which I am going to resume taking on Monday myself) really is fantastic isn't it. I get a great sense of drive from it, even enhances my cardio efforts.Ordered one more bottle of PX Black before i take a break from the stims, but i will not stop using the ALC CLA.
