This mornings weight : 248 pounds

Feeling pretty good when i got up this morning. 6.5 hours of sleep is a little under what i wanted to get but a 4 year old who wont allow you to sleep takes priority i guess. Scale is moving, mirror is looking better and thats my sole focus. Havent really done cardio in 2 weeks and weight still coming off. I feel like i am getting a nice recomp effect and i will ride this next 30 days out and see where it takes me!

Getting a nice arm pump with every arm day workout which is nice! Cant wait for shoulder assault tomorrow. I am really digging the whole weights with Finaflex. I like it a lot. Its a bromance! lol.

I dont know how people can clean eat every single day! Its just mind boggling. I know we are making healthy alternatives but i am damn sure there will be some junk that goes in. Just trying to load up on veggies and such to limit the damage!

no boggle it's a lifestyle....so it's just, you know, what we do

Yup it is indeed a lifestyle BUT it definitely doesn't happen over night. It is a process. Enjoy that process to the fullest.

It's been three years for me. I mess up all the time but slowly I've gone from craving pizza to craving steak.

I think i will just start posting macros because nobody really wants to see what i eat every day and we can get a good idea if its good or not by my macros.

Whatever is easiest to post as far as food is cool with us. Ever since I changed to am workouts I'm not sure I could ever go back to lifting in the evening. It's a great way to start the day for sure

I find it extremely hard to come home from work, run and then do weights. Especially with kids as someone always interrupts lol.

Overall the last 2 day I have been sick, but pushing through with good results. The BCAA + SAA continues to be great in recovery and is always much needed through the workout. Still getting a lot of energy with the PX Black, and its been treating me great!

Work hours are getting longer but i have been getting up every morning at 8 am and lifting by 9:30 and feeling great with it. Not bad for never being a morning person. Just more upside to me lifting in the morning than any other time of the day.

Macros look good to me, will probably start adding a little cardio in the coming weeks but we will see how i feel with it. Been trying to forgo cardio so much because it seems to hinder my lifts and my rest days become cardio and i am tired all the time. I will have to find a good mix here soon.

Awesome! You utilize both techniques (both have their place). I do the same thing. Short HIIT bouts after weights and longer LISS sessions on off days.

Glad you are reaping the benefits of both rrepert1.
 
Todays Workout : 35 minutes steady cardio on the elliptical

Not going to lie guys, i am more tired after 35 minutes of cardio than a 1 hour lifting session. I am sore and tired after lifting but cardio always kills me.

The reasoning for adding cardio back into my workout is because we booked a trip to Disney World and i want to be on the best shape i can be. It gives me till the end of October to do it and i am stoked. 8 months to figure this all out. And now that i take in roughly 600 more healthy calories in the day i find myself not wanting as much junk food after work. It made it easier to stick to this eating plan. Snagency, that 600 calorie surplus just saved my workouts and my life man! Thanks for pointing out that my calories were way to low even on a cut.

I have been feeling pretty damn good just after a 3 day adjustment. Just pushing for fat loss and not weight ( scale ) loss. I am more for a recomp effect and i am loving the lifting over cardio approach. I am still loving the PX Black, even though it seems it has leveled off, but i can def tell if i forget to take it. ALC CLA is going to be my new staple from here on out. Absolutly in love with it, and The Blue Razz BCAA+SAA is off the friggin chain man. Always avoided BCAAs for the taste and this has it back in my must haves for sure.

Might take this stack on for another 30 days before a break because i am enjoying the benefits of it! Finaflex, you are the greatest supplement company i have found! And to Bean5er,Wasme,Snagency, and Montego, you guys have been great! Thank you for input and motivation, without you guys who knows how this would have went!

I'm actually glad to see you adding cardio back in. People often look at it as only a means to more cal expenditure but it is an important tool to keep your heart health up.

With these guys on your feedback. Snags is the man with the nutrition that is for sure.

On the cardio front, I try to hit it almost daily. Sometimes I can't stand it and it can feel like an eternity (if I am stuck on the treadmill), but I feel it definitely has its place and only has only been beneficial for me.

Keep it up the great work...you are motivating others!

Loving Finaflex so much i decided to buy some Ignite2 today along with some Forskolin95. Will update a full update on monday about how each product is working etc.

So true... if we work out and eat healthy were are obsessed. If we go to McD's and lay on the couch we are normal.

Incline Bench : 12,10,8,6 ( Since I only have 215 pounds of weights i used a 5-1-5 tempo at 215 pounds )

Rows : 4X15,12,10,8 ( 180,190,190,200 )

Flat Bench : 5X5 ( 5-5-5 tempo at 215 pounds )

Wide Pulldowns : 15,12,10 ( 160#,180#,190# )

Chest Fly : 5 second hold at top and bottom of each rep - 5X5 ( 60# dbs )

10 minutes HIIT on Elliptical - 30 sec light, 30 sec balls to the wall for 10 rounds!

That is a heck of a tempo, things must have gotten pretty rough. Nice job

- you should looking into getting some power bands to add resistance (if you are not able to get a hold of more weight)...cheap and very effective

PX Black is still giving me a rush, just on the smaller scale, and the BCAA+SAA is giving me hella recovery time!

ALC CLA will always be in my arsenal as i am super impressed with it!

Cant wait to get my ignite and see how my workouts are with it! So frigging stoked to be using Finaflex, this stuff has changed my outlook on good supplements!

Feels pretty good to have 1 to 2 solid LISS days a week and 2 HIIT short sessions after lifting. I am really digging this because i dont really have all the time in the world for 3-4 days of long ass LISS training. HIIT is the way it gets done, especially post lift!

Nutirtion has been on point, but like i said i didnt eat **** for 2 days and i am feeling the strength decrease this week. I am going to keep plugging away and see where I go. Its the only thing to do, right?

Ordered one more bottle of PX Black before i take a break from the stims, but i will not stop using the ALC CLA.
 
Yesterdays Workout : Arms, Abs Quad Set : Straight bar Curls : 5X10 ( 5 full reps, 5 half reps ) ALT DB Curl : 5X10 ( 5 Full reps, 5 half reps ) Rev Curl : 5X10 ( 5 full, 5 half ) Static Curls : 5X10 ( 10 full reps ) Close Grip Pushup : 5X5 Extensions : 4X20 ( 10 full, 10 half reps ) Dips : 5X10 Kickbacks : 4X12 ________________________________________________________ Todays Workout : 40 minutes Steady Cardio on the Elliptical Feels pretty good to have 1 to 2 solid LISS days a week and 2 HIIT short sessions after lifting. I am really digging this because i dont really have all the time in the world for 3-4 days of long ass LISS training. HIIT is the way it gets done, especially post lift! Nutirtion has been on point, but like i said i didnt eat **** for 2 days and i am feeling the strength decrease this week. I am going to keep plugging away and see where I go. Its the only thing to do, right? Ordered one more bottle of PX Black before i take a break from the stims, but i will not stop using the ALC CLA.

Mixing up the cardio is the way to go IMO. Strength will come back shortly bud that is completely normal from not eating much while sick. Don't sweat that and just keep plugging away!

Good call on keeping the ALC CLA in the game... I for one really dislike stim breaks lol.Ignite 2 (which I am going to resume taking on Monday myself) really is fantastic isn't it. I get a great sense of drive from it, even enhances my cardio efforts.
 
Alright, so i had a situation but think i have it figured out for now....

I lost my place to work out for the past week and a half, and the rest of this week due to somebody selling their equipment....

I start lifting at a 24 hour gym next week so i will be busting out Insanity for the time being for the week.


Next Week when i start my program will look like so...

Monday : AM : Plyo Cardio Insanity PM : Chest and Back
Tuesday : AM : Pure Cardio Insanity : PM : Legs
Wed : AM : Cardio Power and Resistance Insanity
Thursday : AM : Pure Cardio Insanity PM : Arms
Friday : AM : Ply Cardio Insanity PM : Shoulders
Sat : Cardio Power and Resistance
Sunday : OFF
 
Sorry to hear about that. Although looks like you have resolved your issue well.

Your daily workouts look like the intensity level is going to increase..
 
I was actually bummed when news got to me, but it's better. Got too comfortable. The new guys I'm heading out with are set to keep intensity high. More weights, more challenges, more results right?
