RR Does Blue Gene + Anabeta

Hello yall! I'll be starting this cycle soon, hope to have everyone follow along! I'll be running:

Anabeta: 4 caps per day
Blue Gene: 5 tabs per day
Green BULGE: 5 caps per day

My split is like a Push/Pull/Legs split. You'll see it more clearly when I update it.

Day 01 (Friday) - Shoulders

Today was the first day dosing Anabeta. I took the capsules with breakfast, dinner, preworkout and postworkout. I think I may change the dosing to ONLY with meals. Can anyone tell me the benefits of dosing preworkout? Other than "zee pump", what benefits will I reap?

Workout was good. The Blue GENE made me feel aggressive and energetic after dosing, as it always does. I was also pretty hungry throughout the day. My goal is to bulk, so the combination of Anabeta + Blue Gene will make me a ravenous monster in the kitchen, as well as the gym (and the bedroom LOL)

Workout was good. Partner wasn't feeling well so we wrapped it up early, but first we managed to do a relatively moderate-high intensity workout. Since it was my first day dosing Blue Gene, Anabeta & Green BULGE, my pump was pretty intense during the workout, even though we just hit shoulders. My strength seemed to be on par with my partners, who usually outlifts me.
 
Day 02 (Saturday) - Chest and Triceps

Good workout today. Reached a PR with my bench. Since I took some time off these past 3 weeks or so, my muscles feel renewed. Hit a PR with my bench. Not an all time PR, but a recent/personal PR. Nothing to report today. Pumps were good. I woke up in the morning, muscles felt very full. Maybe because I drank some PSYKO before bed, not sure. Girlfriend and workout partner both commented on how I'm looking & feeling (girlfriend) bigger.

Intensity of workout was rather good today. Despite not getting as much sleep last night as I wanted to, we killed it. At the end we finished with buddy pushups (you do one, I do one, you do two, I do two, onwards...) which always fatigue me to the point of not being able to move my arms afterwards. I went real hard on the dips, as triceps are one muscle group I want to improve on.

Took a picture today for the log. I have the small waist/wide shoulders going on, but I def. need to add some size. This pic was cold (not pumped)

I believe others experienced a 24hr pump and just being leaner, Libido boost, and some reported elevated heat/body temp.

Lookign good so far. Strong stuff. Blue Gene is something I am going to try soon. Thanks for sneaking it in my WF box ;) gonna log it after I finish up my transaderm ;)

No problem! :) I need people to understand the potential of BG... I'm hoping the word will spread!

I did some research on Anabeta (reading logs, reviews, etc) before starting, and I found the same thing. If I up my calories, the combo of Blue Gene & Anabeta should allow me to eat like a horse, and still keep my cut. As you can see from my picture, I'm lean but need to add some size for sure. I would love to add size and keep my definition.

im staring at the bottle now. I wanna start it lol. cissus, quercetin co10, glycoCarn all good stuff, and thats not even the Good stuff yet lol.

Exactly...the product is in a class of it's own, not really a test booster, more of an "anabolic optimizer"

15 mins Daoyin stretching (Chinese Yoga)
30 mins Tai chi practice
30 mins Xingyi practice
30 mins bagwork & sparring

I practice internal chinese martial arts, and on my off days thats what I do.

Daoyin - Stretching mostly your core. People stretch muscles are missing a big picture. Stress , sitting at a computer...it compresses your organs, so stretching your core is essential to health. Relieving that compression and tension. It's also ACTIVE RECOVERY. Stretching your core, you also stretch every muscle in your arm, chest, back, etc.

Taichi - Slow moving internal martial art. Helps balance, relaxation (important to recovery and muscle growth). It also builds your stabilizer muscles, leg muscles (do an hour of tai chi and your legs will BURN! Holding static low postures...more of a workout than you think!) It also helps me revitalize my mental.

Xingyi - My favorite...it's a faster martial art, composed of whole body power generation. There's 5 punches, practiced over and over and over. Heres a video, to make it easier than describing.


 
Hey RR , I'm running Anabeta + E-Bol and was gonna run this next coz I love BG....did you complete the run and how did it workout??

I know this is an OLD thread but surely there's great potential in this stack ?? NO?
