RPM Question.

Hi guys, I received my bottle of RPM today and was gonna take it before my lifting session tomorrow morning. It says to take on an empty stomach one hour but I'm pressed for time and like to eat before I lift... any suggestions?
 
it takes approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours for the effect to kick in. I believe someone popped open the cap before and said it hit there system a little faster however it tasted like sh*t. If your going to take RPM and your a little pressed for time just wake up earlier and take it. you should be good to go.
 
hmn good question. maybe a rep could chime in. maybe you can take RPM then wait like 40 min or so and then eat. RPM might hit yoursystem once your done eatting.Agian Im no expert just offering my two cents.

you could always open the caps up and then chug it with water, tastes liek ass but it will hit you quicker.

I tried this method and I must say it was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. It did hit me quicker but it wasn't worth the trouble I went through trying to get it down. I still love my RPM, but I'm sticking to the capped form.
 
i'm not an AN rep but i've been using RPM and eating prior workouts with good results.

i pop a few rpm 1-2 hrs prior to my workout on an empty stomach. that way it has time to get into my system. i then eat 1/2hr prior to my workout.

i seem to feel the effects of rpm for up to 4-6hrs later, so i feel that working out anytime during that window is good.

play around with it a little and you'll find what works best for you.

those caps take but a few seconds to dissolve in your stomach.
unlikely it will save you any time by taking it in powder form.
every had a cap dissolve in your mouth or back of your throat - it sucks!

Yes but energy drinks seem to hit faster than pills, and much harder. Hense why I suggested it.

It does suck, but I most say from personal experience that it defiantly hit me faster when I emptied the caps into a little water and drank it. However, I would stick to caps. The taste of the powder made me nauseous and about ruined my workout the one day I tried it.

Man, it wasn't that bad when I had it! lol, although Yellow Gold wasn't that bad either, well it was, but I drank it like a soda and I think it made me numb to anything else that might taste bad.
