Yes but energy drinks seem to hit faster than pills, and much harder. Hense why I suggested it.
Most energy drinks are also carbonated, which helps to speed up absorption in the small intestine.

It does suck, but I most say from personal experience that it defiantly hit me faster when I emptied the caps into a little water and drank it. However, I would stick to caps. The taste of the powder made me nauseous and about ruined my workout the one day I tried it.
