Greetings.
Just started a workout program, mainly for trimming down and losing weight. It's been a month now. Started the program at 285 lbs (3 x a week, cardio 20 mins, weights 40 minutes.) Haven't dropped any weight so far, but feel better.
Started the RPM/Drive stack (nothing else, no other vitamins or supplements) this morning one hour before my workout. Took nine pills total (4 Drive, 5 RPM) per the dosage guidelines on the bottle. I wonder if this is too much. During the workout I felt nauseous and jittery, and now one hour after my workout completed I'm still jittery but the nauseousness has wore off.
Am I doing too much, or is this normal side-effects for starting out? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
