personally i love powerfull, stacks well with almost anything, it's a support supp. for me at this point along with bcaa's,whey,multi-v, and air. and RPM whoa.....good s**t man both of these supps. i am currently taking together along with J.W. and retain it's a hell of a stack and am enjoying amazing workouts so far (2weeks in). however both of the supps you are asking about should be used for a while with a decent amount of time off just so your body doesn't get used to them too much...hope this helps..
