First off I want to thanks Purus Labs for being so kind to pick me to log their product even though I have yet to log anything.
I have taken BCAAS before and know what to expect. So my final review will be judged on how well throughout the bottle my recovery was and to the best of my knowledge how well it had an affect on MPS.

Out of the box this may be one of the best looking supplements I have even taken very cool!

Mine only complaint would be that the gray text on the back was a bit hard to read since the pills are gray.

Took my first dose today at 3 pills prior to my workout which was shoulders.

I will update this log 3-4 times a week.

day 3 in. had a very early workout. feeling nice and full this morning which I usually do not during morning workouts wondering if the bcaas are responsible for this. will keep you updated.

still really digging the look of this product very cool
 
another early morning workout in the book. dosing this product as 3 pills after my first rep. currently loving it. feeling nice a refreshed and stronger as well. had an amazing chest day
 
How many pills you using a day?
 
using 3 a day, really feeling stronger in the gym lately. but there a several factors that play into this. today was chest day did a total of 8 sets of bench along with other chest accessory workouts
 
about two weeks into this product and i would like to leave a mid bottle review.

for the first couple of days it was hard to tell wether anything was really going on or not.
about a week in my body as a whole was really feeling refreshed. Muscles felt fuller and weight seemed lighter. I upped my protein intake on this product knowing that is helps with mps. right now i have been getting crazy pumps i wanted to include a picture in this thread of the best bi swoll i have ever had unfortunately the picture is too big.

Loving it guys!

I am really glad you left this, I have also been logging The BCAA XR's and noticed the same thing, thinking my pumps have been GREAT and my muscle fell heavy hours after a workout....but I could not believe it was from a BCAA, I guess it is. Great review. Thanks !

This is looking like a trend with some of the other loggers. It's definitely not the main aim of the product. However you won't see me complaining about a bigger pump...**pops 3 BCAAXRs after typing**
 
Damn, a pump from BCAAs huh? Nice. Could be the increased recovery/workload.

Another day another workout. I truly have felt 100% in all of my workouts lately. which is awesome, not every gym sesh is a good one but lately i have felt unstoppable. in terms of recovery i have have not felt sore whatsoever during my run with BCAA-XR really loving this supplement and thinking about buying a couple bottles after i finish this one!

Lately my gym grind has fallen off ran into a little trouble in NYC and have had a lotto things on my hands lately. Got back into the gym today and worked my shoulders. haven't been able to use my BCAA's and was noticeably sore. definitely can tell the difference
 
trained back today and hit a new PR on dead lifts. despite having the cold I felt strong in the gym today. Dosed 3 BCAA-xr during mid workout
 
over in NJ were are getting snow but that didn't stop me from getting into the gym
trained chest and felt a little bit sore from yesterdays workout so I'm bumping up to four pills of BCAAXR today in hopes of feeling good tomorrow
i always dose BCAAXR during mid workout as well after my first set of warmup exercises wondering if this is the optimal time for it ??
 
trained arms today and did core and cardio dosed BCAA during workout and had a KILLER workout so many supersets and was dripping in sweat the whole time but still feel like a new man, i did notice that dosing at 4 caps a day increased recovery and reduced muscle soreness
 
There's a limit but with BCAAXR may be dosed higher and bring some increased results.
I love taking mine at the gym in front of everyone. Makes me feel hardcore lol

of course there are updates man! it just seems the interest in my thread has dropped which in turn demotivated me to post but I'm glad you asked for updates.

Well for the first time in a long time i hit squats with my brother, we went very heavy both of us increasing weight till failure. The next day which was yesterday I wasn't feeling sore and of course i attributed to the BCAA-XR but today my legs are KILLING me. i guess even with BCAA heavy squats will always bring the pain. Going to dose BCAA prior to workout today and blast my shouders
