I have a bottle of 17aPheraFLEX my roommate is buying from me. I'm all set with my next 1-T cycle(wanna chill on the methyls for a lil) just gotta order it.

He has some PH usage in the past. How should I tell him to dose it?

15/30/30/45 is what I suggested.
Thoughts?

Thats a pretty solid dosing.

Just make sure he has a proper PCT lined up. Also might consider getting up to 30 before the first week is over.

I know the point of setting doses, but i like adjusting the dose based on how I feel. Easy to step up the dose to maximize gains or slow down if sides occur.

I would skip the 15 mg and go straight to 30 mg.
