I will be using 2 scoops with water, I will be drinking intra.
Interested to see how this powers me through my 2hr +. workouts. (HST)
I almost always sip on an intra during my workout.
Little about my lifting back ground:
Been lifting since I was 16yrs old I’m now 54yrs. young.
Team workouts till I graduated from college, powerlifted for 20 years (Till I was 42) 20yrs. took its toll on my body. Now I do strictly bodybuilding. I use a HST program for 9months of the year (Based on my life schedule) and an A/B split for the 3 months in the winter.
Been Natty almost my whole life. “I did do 1 cycle of D-bol back in college in the mid 80’s (It definitely works) Coach made me get off of it, it was that obvious. Back in those days they didn’t want running backs to get too big. They though it would make you slow. LOL
