First I want to put a shout out to ManimalPatB and IFORCE NUTRITION for the opportunity to try this.

I will be using 2 scoops with water, I will be drinking intra.
Interested to see how this powers me through my 2hr +. workouts. (HST)
I almost always sip on an intra during my workout.

Little about my lifting back ground:
Been lifting since I was 16yrs old I’m now 54yrs. young.
Team workouts till I graduated from college, powerlifted for 20 years (Till I was 42) 20yrs. took its toll on my body. Now I do strictly bodybuilding. I use a HST program for 9months of the year (Based on my life schedule) and an A/B split for the 3 months in the winter.

Been Natty almost my whole life. “I did do 1 cycle of D-bol back in college in the mid 80’s (It definitely works) Coach made me get off of it, it was that obvious. Back in those days they didn’t want running backs to get too big. They though it would make you slow. LOL

Let’s see how this stuff works!

Final Review:

Taste: 5/5 Sour lemon candy! This is the best tasting Intra I have ever used. 2 scoops in 24oz of water.
Hell probably the best tasting of any intra or Pre I have used.

Mix ability: 5/5 this stuff mixes completely. No residue at all. I still shake it a little before every sip but that is just a habit.
Also: the texture in the tub is the same as the day I first opened it. No clumping or separation. Well Done!

Results: 4.5/5 Swolemate Rally Helps with endurance, This is why I use a Intra workout.
Clinically proven doses! These guys did their homework. (I have been using intra workout drinks along as I can remember)
The name swolemate is a bit mis-leading but I don’t think they claim it as a pump enhancer. I have been on a HST program and I don’t get much of a pump anyway. EXCEPT when I hit week 8 with DROP-SETS the pump was awesome!

Price: it is spot on. I think they over filled mine because I use 2 scoops every time and I still have some after 6 weeks. (3 workouts per week) = 36 servings. And I don’t forget my intra when I go to the gym.

Did I say the Sour Lemon candy taste was Awesome!
I will be ordering another tub for sure.

starts off a little sour and ends like a lemon drop a little sweet but not to sweet.

Effectiveness: I gained strength as my workout went on. note I think I had one too many scoops of my pre, gym was almost empty so I was a little louder than normal and was getting into my tunes. my focus was awesome.

I got a new laptop and it has this crappy windows 10 on it. what a piece of sh it!
Dont like the way I look in the pic.
