NEO Powerlifting Competition

Saturday will be my first powerlifting meet this year. I plan on putting up over 1,000lbs at the meet. Stradle deadlifts aren't legal at this so my deadlift numbers take a significant drop. (100lbs+)

I'm weighing myself tommorow morning and adjusting my diet according. As of now, I am hovering around 165lbs which is my target weight, so as long as my breakfast is small before the meet I should be fine. After I weigh in though I'll be pounding shakes, sandwhiches, bananas and making sure my Prime and Anabolic Pump are consumed properly as well.

My goals for Sat:
Bench - 240lbs
Squat - 405lbs
D.Lift - 385lbs

When I achieve this, I will have added 130lbs to my total from a year ago.

130 in a year is good man! good luck with that! So here is my question why don't you work standard Deadlift so that you can up your weight quicker on that?

I did 'em today and 2 weeks ago..385lbs is about where my max is? I've personally never liked them, but have realized they are important. I've always had a strong stradle deadlift and since I'm close to breaking the record I've been waiting for Columbiana (my second comp.) where they are allowed. Even though my numbers will be low(er) at NEO, I'll rank in the top 5 for a medal no doubt!

With a 535 DL, 250 B, and 415 S, ill have 1200lbs @ Columbiana which is what my motivation was for the past 2 months.

Shit meet. Strength sucked and motivation blew. Nothing was impressive and I lacked dedication this week so I effed myself over..Being sick hurt me too.
 
Review

Well this product clearly kicks a$$. My strength blew up on legs from a 340lbs squat to 425lbs. My deadlift went from 440lbs when I started in Janurary to a record of 515lbs. Thats a good 75lbs on stradle deadlift and 85lbs on squat! Now my bench was stagnet throughout and I blame myself for overtraining earlier in my training. I put on a good 5lbs and I am positive it was lean mass. Hopefully my pictures will show some changes. I wasn't worried about putting on mass but Prime made a difference.

Side Notes: Also ran Anabolic Pump which may have accounted for some mass gains so it is a no brainer to stack the 2 next time I run a cycle.
