My workout was my baseball practice. We were doing a lot of Outfield drills which kept us moving for about 20-30 minutes. Then took a lot of batting practice so we got the blood pumping.

Ate about 2000 calories as well.

Notes on Baseball practice. I was catching for a kid who threw about 86 MPH. hes only 14. Pretty insane stuff.

Im really loving White Flood right now and Cytosport's Complete Whey Protein is DELICOUS to say the least!

Not really getting my attention at all is Green Bulge. Im regretting I bought it becuase Monohydrate would have worked fine.

MHP Glutamine-SR is a good product as well.

Thanks man i appreciate it. i just really gotta stay committed and not slack off and good things will come. haha the name is old now. last winter it was a nickname but now its in the past and NEVER want to touch a PH, AS, or supplements in that catagory.

Day 20 and Day 21

2 more off days with a crappy diet. Im mad at myself about this but im gonna hit the weights hard for the next 1 1/2 months. I gotta stop saying what im gonna do and just DO IT.

Bad news though..

I no longer have access to a weightroom besides my basement. So I can no longer lift heavy for legs or back. No leg presses, squats or deadlifts. BUT I can manage to do lightweight squats and deadlifts. I will be using 6 second negatives on squats using high reps light weight. becuase i can throw 135 lbs on my back and go from there. Same with deadlifts. Lots of negative sets.

Day 22 and Day 23 Saturday and Sunday

No lifting just a little bit of cardio. Ate fairly clean and a LOT of fish since that is all was in the house. It has been very hectic the past 4 days so diet and lifting werent high on the priority list.

Day 24 -Monday

Had a great arm day. But will post later.

Decent diet.

Day 25-Day 27

I will be on vacation. Going camping. So I really gotta try to watch what I eat but im gonna enjoy my vacation.

There will be a lot of cardio sessions such as running swimming and biking. And I am gonna loose the wife beater tan:head:

haha so thinks are looking up for me.

I was still on vacation and didnt get home till mid afternoon.

Ate around 2000 calories.

Day 29

I had a 4 hour baseball practice today. But I ate pretty clean anyway. just not enough calories. And tommorow I have a doubler header so I will have to pack food and eat inbetween games.

Update

Well I ate a lot of what ever I saw on vacation. But I only had about 4 meals so I didnt gain fat. I only ate around 1900 calories. 80 grams of fat...each day

Sundays will be tough with dieting becuase the fall baseball season has started now. I will do my best and not let my hard work go to waste.

I had a LOT of cardio on vacation though. Lots of swimming. And after all the bad food I ate, I lost a lil belly fat too:thumbsup:

I will be back on a normal tommorow. Suday, August 19th

Thoughts: Well I needed a good leg workout to make sure my knee was feeling better and it deff is feeling MUCH better. Not gonna go heavy with squats due to limited weight access as of now. MSM with Glucosamine is a life saver. My knee would have never healed this fast without it!

its just whey. nothing special. i need to try to eat cottage cheese, and didnt have time to eat all my pasta. Im in no hurry now. school is actually when I will be on a better eating scedule.

same here on the school thing it is better because you become on a "schedule" so its all easier bring a healthy lunch and a protein shake eat when you get home simple as that.

Stuff happened. Buying stuff for school, out and about doing stuff. Learning what study halls im allowed to eat in. etc..

Had to get adjusted, but still lifted some weights, heavy ones, and ate about 100 cals above matinence.

Still have one month to reach some of my goals (cant deadlift, or squat heavy) but working on the ABS and gotta reconsider my goals becuase what im doing now wont cut it.

I am looking at the past 40 some days of this log and this is not what I planned on. I need to get re-think my goals, learn to diet better, and stay committed.

New Goals:

-Weigh in at 160
-Bench 185 x 5 times.
-Strengthen The Core.

Complete By: October 1st

Diet: 2700-2900 Calories. 250g protein, 50g fat, and 400g carbs. Around those numbers.

Diet had lots of fat, but am trying a new techniuque for a short amount of time. More amounts of fat, and less protein only for a short time, then cut the fat and boost the protein after the short period of time. Read this in a book..how true it may be idk, but since my "dieting" foods are gone until Thurssday, im doing what I can.

20 minute intense cardiop run. Not sure how far I ran =/

dont know what book you are reading that in, hope it works for you. I would actually think that if you traded carbs for protien in that occasion it would benefiet more. You should try to keep protien in all meals imo. Try eating the majority of carbs during the day and cut down nite. THis is if you are trying to atleast stay lean. If you are just going for your weight goals eat whatever youd like as long as its not too out of control and unhealthy. Are you drinking gainer shakes?

yea i know its not teh best idea. but since im low on food, (good food), might as well give it a go. Yea Im done eating carbs after 5PM now. but thanks for your advice, that book or video rather is sketchy. im not expecting anything special.

About the weight gainer..No becuase a lot of people here say most are pointless and full of crap.

But if I get one, it would be either from MRM or Cytosport.

If it is to thick add some ice cubes. Its a meal right there and you can adjust your carbs or fats even protien the way you like. Youll be a pro in no time.

yea i know i need to get a diet down. i have one very well set up, just after a week my food is gone cuz my dad is making me make him food. since i cook 3 times a day, he wants me to cook him meals and that is basically reducing all my chicken, pasta, tuna, and eggs. Plus with school starrting im working on my diet as well..

i think we BOTH need to do that. both are "diets" vary every day.

Well im not worried about a "bulk" or "cut" at this moment anymore. My abs are showing better, my bench is going up, and a few more lbs of muscle is all I need.

Problem is, Im burning up 1000's of cals becuase of baseball and I cant afford 4000 cals a day. without eating 2 boxes of Pasta a day and a bag of chicken (im not rich)

Right now Im on a slight recomp. adding a few lbs, and reducing a bit of BF to show the abs (or rather just strentgthen(sp?) them.)

I doubt CKD is the way i want to go. Im not overweight or in need of a cut and you need carbs to gain muslce, and of course protein, healthy fats, etc etc.

I know the basic idea of CKD but if I did anything to alter my carb intake. it would be like 3 high days 2 low days and 2 medium days. something like that. so yea thats my 2 cents..

15 minutes cardio around my neighborhood. Not sure how far I went but it was an intense session for sure.

haha yea man its a blast. although i got tackled 4 months ago and hurt my knee and its hard to squat heavy now. but yea its a great cardio and I have another game tommorow!

Day 13 and Day 14

Baseball practice and football games. Not much lifting this week just lots of cardio which is fine by me.

Day 15

Off day. Didnt want to lift before my baseball games on Sunday.

Day 16

Played 2 baseball games for my fall team. No lifting.

I helped the team win our 2nd game with a sucide squeeze.

Day 17

Im sick today and it blows a$$:sad:

I hope im good for tommorow so I can eat better and lift hard.
