i have some thoughts on that diet or questions you had three meals 20g "protein shake" is that a whey protein shake for post workout or a slower digesting protein shake, i can see why you could possibly need 3, b/c of the two workouts ,but on days you only workout once that too many whole foods are better and where are your fibrous carbs. dont know what book you are reading that in, hope it works for you. I would actually think that if you traded carbs for protien in that occasion it would benefiet more. You should try to keep protien in all meals imo. Try eating the majority of carbs during the day and cut down nite. THis is if you are trying to atleast stay lean. If you are just going for your weight goals eat whatever youd like as long as its not too out of control and unhealthy. Are you drinking gainer shakes?Day 1 9-1-07
Outside all day playing baseball. No lifting but ran around and got the blood pumping.
Diet had lots of fat, but am trying a new techniuque for a short amount of time. More amounts of fat, and less protein only for a short time, then cut the fat and boost the protein after the short period of time. Read this in a book..how true it may be idk, but since my "dieting" foods are gone until Thurssday, im doing what I can.
when i need calories and dont have much food or time.......you add like a cup of raw oats or more or less with 2 cups of milk or water or a mix of the two, a banana, some whey (preferably a normal flavor NOT like watermelon or something like that) some peanut butter if it fits the mix, some olive oil and whatever else you can find that would seem like it could work together and blend that ****. If it is to thick add some ice cubes. Its a meal right there and you can adjust your carbs or fats even protien the way you like. Youll be a pro in no time.

yea i know i need to get a diet down. i have one very well set up, just after a week my food is gone cuz my dad is making me make him food. since i cook 3 times a day, he wants me to cook him meals and that is basically reducing all my chicken, pasta, tuna, and eggs. Plus with school starrting im working on my diet as well..
i think we BOTH need to do that. both are "diets" vary every day.
Well im not worried about a "bulk" or "cut" at this moment anymore. My abs are showing better, my bench is going up, and a few more lbs of muscle is all I need.
Problem is, Im burning up 1000's of cals becuase of baseball and I cant afford 4000 cals a day. without eating 2 boxes of Pasta a day and a bag of chicken (im not rich)
Right now Im on a slight recomp. adding a few lbs, and reducing a bit of BF to show the abs (or rather just strentgthen(sp?) them.)
I doubt CKD is the way i want to go. Im not overweight or in need of a cut and you need carbs to gain muslce, and of course protein, healthy fats, etc etc.
I know the basic idea of CKD but if I did anything to alter my carb intake. it would be like 3 high days 2 low days and 2 medium days. something like that. so yea thats my 2 cents..

haha yea man its a blast. although i got tackled 4 months ago and hurt my knee and its hard to squat heavy now. but yea its a great cardio and I have another game tommorow!I LOVE BACKYARD FOOTBALL, or backyard anything basketball, rollar/foot hockey(live in FL) i mean its really fun plus its cardio wut a idea man i wanna play tom.
