Day 2 back on the Nasty Mass no real changes, one thing I noticed after the first dose, is that it curbs my apatite, and makes it easier to eat right.

BP is starting to creep up to the 150/85 range, so I skipped the second dose of Nasty Mass this evening. I have been getting a great pump the last few days when working out and I am not taking any Pump Pre-Workout, just a mild stim and some Amino's. I will give Nasty Mass the credit for the pump! Dive in the gym is way up, I can't wait to get up and lift and when I start, I don't want to stop.

Split squats kill my quads. Love them.

Switching up grip definitely can't hurt. If it's not hitting the traps differently it will at least hit the forearms differently and improve grip.

Hyperextension for Lower Back

Had a great workout this morning and I really enjoyed the Meadow Rows. Aggression is up a bit and shows in my drive when working out. I feel like a machine!! My blood pressure has been headed towards the 150/88 again so I am cutting the Nasty Mass back to (1) Every AM and (1) Every other PM. I am up 4 pound in body weight and I do believe it is all lean mass. I think this is a great addition to my quest for more muscle!
