Wake up 4:15 am. Drink Pre-Workout, Take 1 Capsule Nasty Mass, Wait 1/2 Hour Start Workout.
Today is a very easy work out, almost like a day off Neck & Traps
Barbell Shurgs (1) 135x25 - (2) 135x25 - (3) 185x20 - (4) 185x20 - (5) 225x20 - I alternate my grip on these Supinated & Pronated
Neck Machine (1) 10x40 - (2) 12.5x40 - (3) 15x40 - (4) 17.5x40 - (5) 20x40 - I use a BFS Neck Machine, Since buying and starting to use this machine about 6 months ago I have added 1/2" to my neck.

Cardio 25 minutes on the Elliptical in a HIIT fashion 1 minute full speed (12mph) 2 minutes slower (6.5mph) Heart Rate 135-178bpm

For dinner went to a friends house for their yearly Thanksgiving Extravaganza (7) Turkeys and All The Food You Can Eat. So I have no idea on my Calorie Consumption ???
I do not think the Nasty Mass has kicked back in yet, pretty much feeling the same, however not felling any sides either, BP seems good. Monday I will add in a PM dose and I believe things should pick up.

You ever try split squats brother. They don't require a lot of weight to be effective and could limit the stress on your knees.

The Nasty Mass is doing it's job, weight is going up, muscles feel harder and strength feels very good. I have a better drive during workouts, that I really can't explain, but it is defiantly a good thing!

Came home went for a 20 minute walk with my grandson, than my wife, grandson and I meet my daughter, son-in-law and grand daughter at the Pizza Grille for diner! Great Evening !!
