Yes the number of reps has gone up now that you mention it.
That would be a positive increase in training!
I train at home and I get a lot of crap for doing Cardio at Planet Fitness, but for me it works. When I did my Cardio at home 75% of the time I found an excuse to skip it. grinnell27 by the way what is the time difference between where you live and New York City ?? Just curious.

My oldest Daughter and her Husband just brought that back for me from New Orleans, It is not real hot but has a lot of garlic in it, and I like garlic so it is very good !

I know, I ate them straight for like 2 years when I started out, everyday sometimes 2x a day and can't stand them anymore... Only egg I can handle is pickled or hard boiled. And I don't even eat those.

Today was Shoulders Exercises were superset Over Head Barbell Press (1) 45x15 - (2) 65x15 - (3) 85x12 - (4) 95x10 - (5) 105x6 Felt Strong Side Lateral Raises (1) 10x15 - (2) 15x15 - (3) 20x10 - (4) 20x10 Rear Lateral Raises (1) 15x15 - (2) 20x15 - (3) 25x15 - (4) 30x15 - (5) 35x15 Machine Side Lateral Raises (1) 5x10 - (2) 5x10 - (3) 5x10 - (4) 5x10 A little core work. Felt very strong today on all exercises, I think the AlphaMax really starts to kick in after 4 weeks, I believe this supplement should be run for 8 weeks to make the best gains! Headed to gym after work tonight for some PM cardio; HIIT on the elliptical Heart rate 140-168bpm Abs Calories2187 Fat 84g Carbs 122g Protein 218g
HIIT on the eliptical is my favorite. People will sometimes give me weird ass looks though!
