This is the heaviest I have gone on squats for awhile and I spend less time between sets and did more reps than usually. ( love2liftkat please don't laugh at me calling this heavy) So I was very happy with todays work out.

Awesome work Rocket keep it up... 40mins on the elliptical!

Im awful for cardio, 20mins-30mins is my MAX and I hate every second of it.
TBH it depends on what I have trained that day, if ive done heavy squats or deads I do a max of about 15mins (200cal worth) because ive already potentially burnt 600+ doing heavy weights for an hour or more.

I bet a lot of people would disagree with that ^^^
But its my way of doing less haha :lmao:
 
I train at home and I get a lot of crap for doing Cardio at Planet Fitness, but for me it works. When I did my Cardio at home 75% of the time I found an excuse to skip it. grinnell27 by the way what is the time difference between where you live and New York City ?? Just curious.

I like using the gay bar at my gym so fat grips seem a good idea to me, perhaps I'll grab some.

123g of fat!!! I'm cutting so I done see above 50-60 haha I'd love to consume that many. When I bulk I still only get to maybe 80.

My oldest Daughter and her Husband just brought that back for me from New Orleans, It is not real hot but has a lot of garlic in it, and I like garlic so it is very good !

That's cool, makes a change from seeing cholula everywhere. I haven't eaten eggs in prob 2 years.
 
My youngest daughter raises Chickens (and Beef Cattle) and in the summer we get a lot of fresh eggs. I eat about 5-8 eggs a week.
 
I know, I ate them straight for like 2 years when I started out, everyday sometimes 2x a day and can't stand them anymore... Only egg I can handle is pickled or hard boiled. And I don't even eat those.

I always try to put a Hard Boiled egg in my salad when I pack one for my lunch!

I am actually in the market for a new hot sauce. I work at BJ's Wholesale Club part time while student teaching and we always carried Cholula, the big bottle, in a two pack, for such a cheap price. My store decided not to carry it any longer. We have Frank's, but I don't like it as much. Next time I go to the store, I'mm probably spend like 30 minutes just looking at hot sauces lol. I put it on everything.

AlphaMax Day 38, Body weight 185 - Sunday and a Rest Day.. Well I did clean the gym & sweep up the garage. But the rest of the day..Not much.

I do not set an alarm so I usually wake about 3:50 am stare at the clock till 4 get up, take my PWO get on the Anabolic Minds forum till about 4:30 and workout from than till 5:30 or 5:45. This morning I woke up a 4:17 so I was behind schedule. Took my PWO got on the computer and than headed to the gym. I was about 15 minutes behind so I only rested 30 seconds between super sets.

I had a great workout today, cut the rest time down between set and still got a few extra reps on most sets. The pump today was better than I can remember. I had lost about 4lbs since I started the AlphaMax but in the last 8 days I have put it back on. The good news is my pants (waist) are a little looser. So I am not sure what is going on but I think it is a good thing!

Today was leg day, now for legs I alternate every other week a Quad based workout or a Hamstring based workout. I have been having a problem with my hamstring cramping it to a ball of very painful muscle, I am talking bring tears to your eye's painful. I borrowed one of those foam rollers from my daughter and have been using it on my hamstring most everyday for a week and it seams to have been helping. So this morning I hit a set of lying leg curls No Cramps YEA ! Stiff Leg Deadlift No Cramps Double Yea ! Also Hit Squats and Had one of the best leg workouts I have had in a long time. Not sure if the lack of cramps is due to the foam roller but I am just glad I do not have any leg cramps

Today is an Arm Touch up day for me, I consider my Biceps, Front and Rear Delts my worst body parts so I train by bi's a second time in the week and I always do forearms in the same workout. Started my workout and I had such a great pump and mind muscle connection with my biceps I skipped the wrist curls. This was the best bicep workout I have had......Maybe ever!!
