I bought my Preacher Curl machine about 1 year ago and I have never quit been happy with the angle (to flat) of the pad, so I made a piece so that I could change the pad angle. This morning I finally found the sweet spot (aka angle) Great Bicep work out good pump and I am a little sore this evening. The AlphaMax is still serving me well, I find I am moving through my work outs a little quicker with more drive. I love the vascularity, I have never been this veinnie (is that a word) in my whole life !

Man everyone has snow but us. This winter sucks.

But i kinda like it lol.

For tomorrow, I've heard anywhere from 1-5 inches for my area, with some sleet and rain. Don't know if I should go to the gym in the AM or risk waiting and having them close early.

I have been using the AlphaMax for 24 days now, I really can not tell any big differences, But I do seam to move through my workouts a bit quicker, I am definitely drier and more vascular and I sleep better. All these are small settle changes but well worth the trip. Small changes over time, equal big improvements! Thank you PerforMax Labs
 
You wake up at 4 even on days you don't work?

I work 6 days a week Monday - Saturday. I am usually up at 5 no later than 6 on a Sunday, however the last 2 weeks I have slept till almost 7am thanks to the AlphaMax!
 
That's a whole lot of micronutrients in that salad! Good work and also it looks tasty... I find that's hard to come by in a salad haha

I go to bed at 9pm watching TV usually fall asleep about 9:30. I work 10 hour days, work out 6 days a week in the AM, in the PM work out 2-4 day a week. I also do consulting work part time and have a property management business where I maintain 5 properties. I always laugh when people say Well I would ____________ if I had more time.

I just called my wife and told her I was skipping the gym tonight and coming home to shovel snow, ask if I see would like me to bring her home some dinner, see tells me she shoveled the snow and is going to the gym, I should do the same. I have a GREAT Wife !!!
