Day 1 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO I just started taking this last night, so I will just highlight a few things. First off the container was filled to the rim (see pic below) second it taste fantastic, it's easy to mix and smooth to drink. Last but not least, last night I took one scoop and sleep like a baby. This maybe the most enjoyable log I have ever ran if this sleep thing keeps up!

Day 2 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO First off let me say I am strictly using this as a Night Time Sleep/Growth Aid, it can also be used as a Stim Free Preworkout, but I will not be using it for that. Took one scoop last night before bed fell asleep pretty quick but, I bet I got up 4 or 5 times last night to pee (I will blame that on old age and asparagus for dinner) the saving grace is as soon as my head hit the pillow I was sound asleep, usually I will toss and turn for 5-10 minutes before I fall back asleep. Woke up at about 3:57am, no grogginess, no trouble waking up. I just felt good. Because I am using this as a sleep aid I am not listing any workout details. If you have any questions, comments or anything else you would like to see in this log please let me know. Thank you for following along!
 
Day 3 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO

Where are all my follower's ?? Sleep was good last night, not quite as good as the previous nights but good, I noticed yesterday evening that my muscled still felt pumped/full 12 hours after my workout and I just thought it was an extra good arm day. But today was leg day and my legs still have a Full Feeling 12 hours later. Could there be something in the Nocturnusthat is doing this. It is a very odd feeling for me and I am using the same PWO I have been using for a month. Don't get me wrong I like it...No make that I LOVE IT I never want the pump to leave. I am enjoying this supplement more everyday!!

Day 4 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO

Last night I thought I would go with 1 1/2 scoops, well I sleep EXTREMELY WELL only woke up once to pee (I think a PR) only problem, I normally wake up between 3:50 and 4:05am (I don't use an alarm) I sleep till 4:28, chugged my PWO and right in to my workout. It is now 7;16pm and I still feel GREAT. This stuff Rocks!!!
 
I'm in, I need some good deep sleep. Toss and turn all night after about 2 hours of sleep. This stuff sounds great!

Day 5 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO

Ok, Last night it was back to (1) scoop, all I want is a good nights sleep, I have no fantasies' about turning into Rip Van Winkle. One scoop is the sweet spot for me I get great Sleep and wake up refreshed with no grogginess.

Yeah, I looked everything up on the ingredient label. The only thing I see that might help is the Marus Alba Because it is a possible anristress agent. I think I will give it a try. Slept horrible again last night.

Nice. For me i use it intra workout and i think my mind associates it with intensity, because this stuff stimulates me. Im up counting cieling tiles. But i have been using it at three scoops with all my workouts. Amazing pumps, but doesnt hit me for sleep..
 
Day 6 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO

Training is going well, and I do believe the more restful sleep I have been getting from Nocturnus is giving me more energy and focus during my workouts. I wake up feeling very rested and ready to go! Last night was Saturday night and I knew I did not have to get up for a workout (off day) or my job so I took two full scoop, and I have to I did not really feel a difference from just taking one, so I think I will stick with one scoop before bed from here on out.

I have a Garmin Vivo Fit watch that has an App to track your sleep. Below are two graphs one with taking Nocturnus and one with ZMA & Melatonin.

Notice the very tall spike at the beginning and end, That is when I went to bed and when I got up. The large spikes in the middle are when you are tossing and turning, and getting up to pee.

Day 8 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO

Saturday I did about 3 hours of pushing a mower on a very steep bank so I was beat, Sunday I push mowed my lawn at home edged, trimed, dug some post holes (by hand) and install some fencing about 7 hours. I was dead tired, I could have slept well using caffeine as a sleep aid, but I did not I took (1) scoop Nocturnus and slept like a baby. The surprising thing, I woke up no soreness, not tired, worked out from 4:30am till 5:30am, I had a GREAT workout and felt fantastic.................THIS STUFF WORKS!!!!

Another great nights sleep last night, I did notice that I also seam to have better focus at work in the morning with very good mood. Not sure if this is related but I like it, and thought I should note it.

I have been training very hard and sleeping very good lately, I have also notices the last few days some vivid dreams (which I love) This supplement I do believe gets better with time.
 
The dreams are cool. I love being able to remember them all the time!

Day 11 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO

I am just about out of my current "Non Stim" pre-workout, I think I am going to use the Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free for a few workouts and see how it goes. I just can not wrap my head around something that can help you sleep can also be a PWO, but I guess you never know till you try.....stay tuned !!
 
I want to sleep like a baby, too! I've been going to bed around 11:30, waking up at 2 am tossing and turning, then over sleeping til 6:45. ???
 
I ordered some, just waiting on it to show up. They changed locations or something so shipping has been delayed.

I wake up every morning at 4am (I don't use an alarm) I was worried when I started this log it would cause me to over sleep, but it does not, I just plain sleep better until time to get up. I also wake up during the night but while taking this, I fall back asleep very quick!
 
I can't sleep without the tv on either...
 
Man, this is one great log! Anyone the least bit interested in Nocturnus needs to read this.

Day 12 Mind & Muscle Nocturnus Night Time/Stim Free PWO
The vivid dreams seam to continue as does the Great Sleep and I believe that carriers over in to very good focused early AM workouts. This supplement just makes life it's self better in most ways. I have been very busy at work this week working about 12 hours everyday and the stress level is at 10 but I have a much better outlook than usual!! Good Stuff!!

I have been using this as a sleep aid for 2 weeks now and have found it to be very effective. Monday I will be adding in the AM fasted as a Pre-Workout, and see how effective it is in that department. I have no doubt that it will work well, as I believe Mind & Muscle only produces quality products.

I guess I just need a PWO with a little kick and now that I have added a bit of caffeine to this it is perfect for me, The pumps are great and I like the feeling with it.
