That is half a beef, last year I got a quarter and it lasted all most a year.

My in-laws (just mother inlaw now :( ) gave us a whole beef for Christmas last year and the year before. We also get a half hog each Thanksgiving. It truly is a blessing having family in the meat market!

Some of the stiffness seams to have come back to my joints, maybe the Muscle Sculptor is drying me out a bit when added in with the True Shred ??
 
Hmm that's weird. I would have thought the Yohimbine in Muscle Sculptor would have helped prevented joint ache. Like you said maybe it's just drying you out which brings the joint ache... Did you feel the stims from Muscle Sculptor?

At my age I feel joint pain more than most of the younger folks on here. The stims are very smooth and enjoyable, but I am a stim junkie so very few things have a "Hard" effect on me. The body weight has started to fall again since starting the Muscle Sculptor !!

My right shin has really been hurting the last few days, so I am going to do No Cardio and try to do as many exercises seated as I can. Maybe a week long break will help it heal. I wish I knew what I did to aggravate it. ??

Body weight is dropping again and diet is on track, I am liking what I see in the mirror!

I can tell you! You need to add Hydrapharm: Unbreakable it has BPC-157 in it. And i work even at an oral dose! My girl is using it after cancer treatments! Her joints were fked up after the high doses of Tamoxifen and Letrozole. Hope it works out for ya friend! And mobility exercises! I use it EVERY time i work out as a part of a warm up program.

Also rubber bands can be really helpful. I never used to strech but now i do it almost every time...Anyting else we are here to help bud!

True Shred is definitely helping me lose weight and maintain muscle, I would have not a second bottle out of my own pocket if I did not think it worked.

Skipping all leg and cardio workouts this week has really given me the opportunity to mix things up.
 
I am anxious to see how the 3 people logging it as a stand alone product make out, should be awesome !!

I can feel the stim effect on 2 caps of muscle sculptor, nothing like 2 scoops of re1gn or og meso, but noticeable...also notice 'some' appetite suppression.
 
The appetite suppression helped me out !! Stims I just don't feel I ran Clen once had to dose 250 mg a day to feel it.

Tomorrow will be the last day I run the True Shred and Muscle Sculptor, (I feel they are drying me out) however I am going to keep on track and try and hit 175lbs. I have a few product I want to try and may log them, I always like the extra accountability I have when running a log.
 
This will be my last day of this log I have run the (2) Capsules Hard Rock Supplement - True Shred for 6 weeks now and have been very happy with the results. I am down 7lbs and I believe it all to be body fat, my muscles are fuller, tighter, vascularity is way better (the best of my lifetime) and I feel big! I have had decrease joint pain (till I added the Muscle Sculptor) and and an over all feeling of well being. I would highly recommend this suplement to someone who wants to cut body fat and maintain (or Build) Muscle!!

Key Ingredients of True Shred:

L-Norvaline: A form of the amino acid L-Valine that has been shown to positively affect the circulation of nitric oxide while helping to heighten the production of nitric oxide as well as nutrient delivery to muscles during and after workouts.

T2: Thyroid hormones serve as a regulator that decides the speed of which each cell in your body operates. T2 is a synthetic thyroid hormone which functions like T3, but instead of damaging muscle, it only burns fat. T2 converts slow-twitch fibers to fast-twitch fibers, allowing “endurance fibers” to convert to “strength fibers”. This allows you to become stronger while shredding fat.

Androsta-3, 5-diene-7, 17-dione: A natural compound that is a metabolite of DHEA, this ingredient is known as an "aromatase inhibitor." Aromatase is the enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen, as an inhibitor of aromatase, Androsta-3, 5-diene-7, 17-dione binds to the aromatase enzyme preventing it from converting your testosterone into estrogen.
