Feeling worn down, ready for rest this week. Time to supermancompensation! This feels like it is coming at a great time as my body is ready for a deload regardless. Mobility and maybe blood flow band stuff here and there.

I think it's sad what social media has done to the world. I'm sick to death of drama in life and in the world people should worry more about them selves and less about what other people are doing or got. This is just general speaking of course and in now way directed at anyone. rant over

My first thought is the same as Rodja and NomZ. He calls out the little guys, but leaves Titan, Metal, and Mike Womack out of it. Dafuq you tryin to pull, Mark? Bully the little guys whose wraps are better than yours off the block?

It may be because the Ram is cut differently and is worn differently as well.

Honestly, I'm such a ***** with tight cast like freaking wraps I may go back to wrapless after Sundays meet.

More power to you guys for that pain threshold though

I love my Felonies. Good stretch and spring and still very heavy. I only wrap them myself after my training partner revenge wrapped my leg into complete immobility.

Blue arrows, buddy. They have almost no stopping power but can send you into orbit. Though if you don't like the pain, you're not going to like stretchy wraps more than cast-like wraps. It's much worse.

Well another thing is when I have guys at the gym wrap me it is freaking brutal...I like my red ones(weak as ****), but is like ones stronger then I can wrap myself. I have kraits and I just can't get the swing of them.

Yeah, there's no doubt that having someone wrap you is a whole different thing. You can get them a lot tighter that way, which can be a good or a bad thing.

The Kraits and all other cast-like wraps will slow your descent and give you less rebound, and I've noticed that they push you back. You really have to sit down on them hard.

A good example is my training partner. He's a very quad dominant squatter and his Super Heavies are great for that. Oftentimes he'll be a half inch to an inch high all through training even though he bottoms everything out, because he's either not wearing wraps or he's wearing Wal-Mart wraps. About six weeks out, we get him in his EFS Super Heavies and they push him back into place just far enough that he hits depth. Though I've also over-wrapped him and kept him above depth that way.

When I get into the business of getting new wraps ill revisit this and ask suggestions.

Samesies. I gave those Super Heavies away to my training partner almost as soon as I got them. They don't suit how I squat.

Anything for you, buddy. You know that.
 
Got my bloat in hard the last couple days. Sleep has been off. Mobility and health feel pretty damn good. I just want to get that first squat in and roll with it. Openers 375/235/425 and then see how the iron feels from there.

Was rushed on first attempt bc I couldn't hear my name. 375 hard. 405 missed, not tight enough and went too low. 405 then hit for a 5lb PR and 30lb meet PR. On to bench.

2/3 on bench

Missed 265. Controlled it down, got a couple inches off the chest and it hit a wall. Still a 5lb meet PR.

Missed 475 about 8inches off the ground. Think I was spent.
