Yeah, there's no doubt that having someone wrap you is a whole different thing. You can get them a lot tighter that way, which can be a good or a bad thing.
The Kraits and all other cast-like wraps will slow your descent and give you less rebound, and I've noticed that they push you back. You really have to sit down on them hard.
A good example is my training partner. He's a very quad dominant squatter and his Super Heavies are great for that. Oftentimes he'll be a half inch to an inch high all through training even though he bottoms everything out, because he's either not wearing wraps or he's wearing Wal-Mart wraps. About six weeks out, we get him in his EFS Super Heavies and they push him back into place just far enough that he hits depth. Though I've also over-wrapped him and kept him above depth that way.
