Well the Steelheads tied it up fighting back in the 3rd and it really looked like it could have gone either way at that point, but a fowled up running play then Benny the knife throwing one 10 feet over his TE's head was kinda the nail in the coffin. Then Pitts 2ndary disappearing allowed The Brady Bunch to pick them apart.

It felt slow, but it was relatively easyish haha. I was focused on not rounding. Back feels great after so that is a great sign too.
 
My back always feels better after deadlifting.
 
Ya I feel super slow this week. If the form was good though than it is only pushing you in the right direction with some positive momentum. :)

Changed something on my bench this session and last.
-No head raise, focused on a spot on the ceiling
-Flat feet
-Twisting arms harder for torque and stability(angled different)
-Middle on rings instead of pinkies

It feels really good, but lets see how it helps in the long haul.

Think me and Smoker should check it out soon? Guy was cool, said they train in groups and all compete. Unfortunately I can't afford now, but day passes are 10 bucks. Something to think about. Could be cool.

The guy said they have tires, prowler, mono, all specialty bars, Texas deadlift bar, glute ham raise, reverse hyper, competition benches...etc. I would love to have the money and time to do that weekly.

It's personal opinion, but I wouldn't listen to Rppietoe on everything.

He makes a **** load of sense to me on the lifts...granted I get he doesn't do things exactly how the elite level power lifters do.

I feel like his stuff is basic, and being at a lower skill/strength level sometimes I have to keep it simple. Granted I love criticism from my peers in this log and the limited times in person.

Basically if it helps my health and my strength I am all ears. Last little bit I've been on the Cressey kick, I've been on the Dave Tate kick, CWS, Dan Green, power project, Lilly, etc.

Solid workout. Today and sunday have me beat up all over. I hung a hoodie...well two tied together...in front of the mirror to get used to no mirror. SSB were low but that is because the wife was doing them too and I felt safer going lower to unrack then her higher. I know what you are all thinking...GOD DAMN Gentleman. That's also why the weights look backwards. Oh, and covering the mic on the recording made the video view-able mobile without having to dispute copyrights for music. Something to keep in mind.
