Yea, cowboys D played...well decent. They gave up points, but they did get after it. Only facet of both teams that consistently played well. I can't believe G-Men didn't get blown out and had a chance to win with 6 turnovers.

Lets see how the rest of the division looks tonight.

Well I'm sitting in art history being bored to death. Learning about the pallet of Narma or some ****, when i could be benching. I don't even have a pen to take notes lol

Seated cable row with spinal articulation-Mystery weight x 5sets of 15ish reps

That's it for today. I don't know if it is the squats from two days ago, or missing my mobility work last night, but I woke up with a stiff back. I did tons of warm up. Bench went well today. Slingshot press was pretty easy. In three weaks I may go for sets of 2 or 3 with 250. My only problem is my 200lb set was slower than I would like. I am trying to fire it out like Josh Bryant says on all reps. Slow descent on first rep again. I gotta work on it because that first one is all there is on a max.

Deads aren't for two days, but I gotta play it by ear. I do not want to hurt myself again(more). If back is good I'm going, if not, I will just do some weakness stuff. Luckily I have a couple days to see. I have the chiro on Friday so I may even just switch dead and press days this week. We shall see.
 
Have you thought about doing partial ROM work to lessen the time of the rep? When my lumbar is irritated from doing full range conventional pulls, I'll sub in some elevated or snatch-grip pulls instead.

Not a bad idea. Maybe I'll even keep my percentages(or a little lower if need be) and still keep up with the program. Thanks man.

Did reverse band with moderate weight just to feel something...well sort of heavy. All bw assistance work and it was hard, but I feel old and stretched.

I feel like a couple of the reps look good, some like "what the hell was I doing" I dunno. I gotta go back and watch videos. Anyone have any pointers let me know. The grips obviously add to having a hard time. After doing that and then the back movements my upper body was like Napalm's avi....asploded!
 
If I could grow my bicep another good 5-6 inches I could use Dave Tate's que on bicep hits the forearm then Press lol

Surprised you haven't since you do 10 sets or curl variations each upper body workout. Work the god damn triceps man
