As you can see I added in 1 more cap of RK-500 in there not sure if it is to much or not as I have limited knoledge on this supplement . But I think it is working well for me. I can say that my gains are coming on pretty good and noticeable not just to me but to others . This has pretty much turned out to be a lean recomp/bulk :D which is fine with me. I am not that impressed with the Trenadrol at 60mg and most likely will bump it up to 90 mg here soon!. I have ran this compound in the past ( Genaric Labz Mega-Trn @ 6 mg ed ) and loved it . But like a dumb@$$ I sold my bottle not even thinking . The PMag is in full effect at 100mg ed and I am loving it . I have been leaning out a bit and gaining greatly in shoulders - arms - back / need to work more on Legs And Chest But over all I am very happy with this cycle .

Todays weight was up 186.8 lbs

I never ttried trenadrol till this go but I have used the genaric labz meg trn
it was made with alri raws and the sh!t made me strong (flat bench 23 times )and I am under 200 lbs

Damn that is strong. The last compound that gave me crazy strength was not what the FDA would term "legal" I ran a short burst of anadrol, the blue british dragons I was inclining 315 for reps, and im like the worst bencher in the history of weight lifting.
 
I ran hemaguno a few years back and it was terrible. Same company no? I never used the feraguno but i hated hema, and read really bad things about that sh*t, on this site i believe.:dunno:

You have to dose the Furaguno HIGH.
I'm at 6/day now and planning on bumping to 9/day next week.

True, true, everyone reacts differently, i had just read somewhere that bthat stuff was bunk, i could be wrong though, more power to ya if i am!!:thumbsup:

I am convinced that the trenadrol is regular Estra-4, 9-diene-3, 17-dione
and not the 17b-Methoxy-Trienbolone as I don't have that super human strength that I have had in the past at just 6mg . I am at 90 mg and strength has not changed and I feel like it is ordinary Estra-4, 9 tren . I may bump up to 120mg

Is the old M-trn officially a banned substance? Or is it just that companies can't get their hands on the raws to clone it? ...I guess I'm assuming that m-trn was the methoxy or are those 2 different compounds as well?

it was the real Methoxy I can still order over seas the ALRI brand which the Mtrn was made with their raws :D man that stuff rocked at 6mg ed

damn to bad about your trenadrol. I got a KS "product list' flier in the mail a few weeks ago and they were advertising Trenadrol as 4 9 estra. Shitty of the company to advertise and label teh ingridents as something else.

right now I am at 1000mg of RK-500 as I have read that the RK can cause irritation of the esophagus at high dosages . not to mention I don't really see any benefits of 1000+

the Pmag is at 100m,g ed and it is the sweet spot :D

I dropped the trenadrol today as it is pretty much useless in my eyes

I can see about the ALRI stuff :D

it will be an over sea order :worried::nervous:
 
OK so here is my latest and greatest update!!!


So as all of you know I was trying to keep this log to a nice recomp and so far I think I have done pretty good with it. I have been putting on weight fast as hell and with the readings from my calipers it has been pretty dam lean gains. I have yet to get a professional reading.But my callipers give pretty accurate results. I am up 11+ lbs on this and my BF% is pretty close to my start :) .I have not been on top of my diet like I should be and this is more due to the increase of work hours and pinching time here and there. It always seems as if the weekends are the worst for diet.I haven't had the time I need to prepare foods like I like to but for 85-90% of the time my diet is clean.

Training is going well I just picked up a WO partner so I will be more motivated to push harder. My size has done nothing but go up.I have been asked if I was on 5t3r0id5 lol I love that . That there is a compliment in my eyes.

IfI run it out for a full 6 weeks I will need to run a little HDrol to make up for 5 days that I dont have of the PMag so a week- 9 days something like that

Yes this has been a great cycle with little to no sides. I will get an update in a bit kinda just popping on b4 I go out.

since I ran out of PMag I am using some left over Hdrol as the compound is very close in nature. I have ran out of RK500 and have some on order:D My cycle will be ending real soon here and I must say it has been one of the most productive runs to date.
 
Sounds awesome bro, cant wait to see the results!! Gotta love a productive run, there is nothing worse than wasting a Run on crap, then your done for awhile..
