I am a firm believer that everyone and anyone lives for a purpose, some know what it is and others do not. I am one who know knows and strongly believes in my purpose here on this planet.

I may not become the world's greatest natural bodybuilder, and I may not change the name, game, and face of the sport, but I DO PROMISE that I will be a force in it.

It is here after 2 whole years of taking off to improve, do, and give it all that I can in order to be better. I faced many trials and tribulations on the path/road to this time, a lot of heart break, fear, pain, and sorrow. But also joy, blessings, joy, and prayers.

I will continue my voyage and my journey but on the path to earning my IFPA Pro-Card, no breaks, no excuses, and no bull****. Always have faith and truth in yourself and you will never be stopped, as for me one thing I know about myself is.....

NOTES
My right pec was pretty tight and was a bit tender while warming up so I lightened up all my wieghts and basically did the higher rep range of my sets and squeezed and focused on form. I wont lie my chst is so sore today (in a good way). I think it was the higher reps and great focus on reps chest was crazy pumped, as for arms went big and hard!

yesterday was an off day, the Mrs. had to work late so I had to go home to let the dog out and let him play around, then had to head in the direction I just came from to hit up the new gym I go to, had to wait 30 min to get signed up. Then took me 15 min to get started as the place was slammed and I had no idea where anything was :smh:, i got it in but took a huge adjustment to get used to the place and the environment. Gonna pick it up today and will make up this session next week, I have no workouts to waste grrrrr.
