Rhodiola increases lifespan

Nice find man... I take rhodiola quite frequently.
 
I just started taking it again after several years off. What a difference. I'm stacking with Astragalus and my energy levels have really improved, anxiety has gone down despite being under a lot of stress lately.

Nice to know there may be an added anti-aging benefit...many times cheaper than resveratrol.
