Days 23/24 : Cardio-Stretch/Rest
Still nursing my coracobrachialis. I have also been struggling with hydration. I legit need to wake up in the middle of the night and have 3-4 glasses of water or I wake up dehydrated. This might be one thing I will like to see change when I go into PCT. Its going to make it easier to keep up with my muscles. Oh, wanna know how I know im dehydrated? If Im not on top of my hydration close to bed time, ill wake up with my whole neck tight as ****. Wednesday morning I actually woke up with a tight neck despite my 3-4 times waking up and drinking water. **** boggles my mind. Luckily I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and theres a good chance I will get some muscle relaxants.So far thats the one thing that allows me to sleep and wake up like a normal human being.
Body Comp Progress: Core starting to look reaaaally tight. Im looking forward to the before and after comparison pic. Chest and shoulders are definitely underdeveloped but its alright. Once I am able to fully train im going to focus on bringing lagging bodyparts up to par.
Injury Progress: coracobrachialis feels a little stronger and not tender although im not sure its strong enough to hold me while doing push ups or uo n down dogs at yoga. Regardless, I think I will give yoga a shot tonight and play it safe.
Workout details:
Cardio 30min 3.7 + Lots of stretching
Rest
Subjective feeling: Cycle is coming to an end and theres a lot of mixed feelings. Hopefully things will look better soon.
Side effects: Aggresion (although I think its mostly due to frustration. Not being able to lift right now is almost unbearable but its got to be done), mild acne, oily skin, mild insomnia, lots of sweating, dehydration unless I am super diligent with water intake.
NOS Stack Review:
Desoxy-T: Recomping me like a champ, all my food goes to muscle growth. Very androgenic which I am LOVING. I can see why people say its a more anabolic masteron.
11-kt-diol: Stuff is strong. I have a feeling the reason I am having insomnia and excessive dehydration is because of my 2.5ml/day dose at the moment. I am going to lower it to 1.5ml and see if it helps.
Hoping tonights yoga session brings me some relief and tomorrows doc appointment as well.
