Day 6: Arms + Massage

I hit the gym and did a cardio warmup followed by exhaustion sets for my arms. I tried doing a little of shoulders but whatever I have around my scapula gets really tight when it tries to stabilize my shoulders for side raises. It actually started referring pain to the front of my shoulder but the issue was definitely under my scapula...ITS SO FUN FIGURING OUT WHERE THE MYSTERY PAIN IS COMING FROM GUYS :D

Body Comp Progress: Holy crap guys. Despite anything I might bitch about, my body is looking amazing lately. This stack is doing wonders for my body comp. My muscles always look full and the fat just keeps stripping off my core and legs.

Injury Progress: Most of what I have left I believe is around my subscap rhomboids and lower trap on my left side. The most effective thing seems to be stretching. I went to get a massage but she didnt seem to be able to get to the real issue. It was kinda nice tho...until she applied Biofreeze on my skin and it felt like I was being flayed in the north pole...holy crap that **** sucks...and she wanted to charge me extra for it...she didn tho haha.

Workout details:
Treadmill 4.0 10min
Bicep curl 5, 10, 15lb, 15lb to Exhaustion on both arms
Tricep cable extension 5, 10, 15lb, 15lb to exhaustion on both arms

Subjective feeling: My life is a freaking rollercoaster to be honest. I have moments in my day when I feel great and notice how my body looks amazing and then I have moments when my seemingly endless injury beats me down to the ground. Luckily ive learned how to cope and i just gotta keep pushing forward. I dont know when or how but this **** is getting fixed NOW.

Side effects: Ridiculous libido and lack of a girl to use it with....seriously....thats my worst side effect by far....this cycle has been the cleanest ive ever done. Yall can **** on all my natty supps and excessive supplementation but its resulting in a very effective and clean cycle. I am actually thinking about moving on to low dose test/low dose tren + anavar cycles in the future. From what ive been reading, they can offer what I am going through right now but at a much lower cost overall.

NOS Stack Review: Dude, I AM IMPRESSED! The desoxy-T and 11-kt-diol are definitely having some synergy with the methyldiazirinol. My body is on full recomp mode.

A little disappointed that the massage didnt do more but oh well. I have a chiropractors visit on monday so theres that to look forward to. As a side note, I drank 2 glasses of whiskey last night and drank a bunch of water before going to bed (2L) and woke up PERFECT. :D MY health is definitely on point despite everything im throwing at it hahaha.

I have some TUDCA coming in soon which I plan on adding when I raise my methyldiazirinol dosage to 80mg/day for the last 2 weeks of the cycle. There is also a chance I will extend the cycle by a week or 2 if I feel the need. As I said, this **** is getting fixed NOW.

Day 7 & 8: Cardio day/Rest-stretch day

Did some cardio LISS cardio on saturday (30 min at 3.8 fasted on supernova+ECA+BCAAs). Felt pretty good. I am pretty sure supernova is doing its job. I should be feeling more light headed from what I did but thats usually from low blood sugar or low energy substrates in general which suggest I in fact had more free fatty acids available for energy in my blood.

Sunday was pretty great. I received some muscle relaxants from a friend (You are the real MVP bro, thank you sooo much). These were Baclofen, a soma analogue with less addictive properties and gabapentin. I stretched that spot in my midleft back that seems to be the deepest and cornerstone injury driving my entire situation (I believe its my rhomboids/subscap) for about an hour. After that hour the area was REALLY tender and I started having spasm from shifting the way my body holds itself (I believe this old injury rearranged the way my back sits/posture to compensate which led to overworking EVERYTHING and eventually the chronic/systemic adhesions and trigger points). Luckily my budy sent these muscle relaxants and I decided to let **** heal. I spent the rest of my day dosing these, smoking bud, eating a bunch (cheat day FTW) and watching netflix. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. I woke up monday feeling a million times better. I also found out that baclofen is my ****. It makes me feel amazing, not from being high but from stopping my injury from ****ing with me. Mostly through relaxing spinal muscles that usually spasm and pull me in every direction making me exhausted and irritated.

Body Comp Progress: The cheat day went straight to my muscles guys :D

Injury Progress: As described above, major improvement. Now I need to cater to this new development. I am going to play it safe as I dont want anything to reverse, this level of relief is godsend.

Workout details:
Treadmill 3.8 30min
Lots of stretching

Subjective feeling: As previously described, feeling pretty good and even better that I am moving in the right direction.

Side effects: Slight lethargy upon waking up. Not even mad about it though, once I dose my ECA im goooood to go.

NOS Stack Review: What can I say. **** is going in the right direction. Theres even a chance this stack is helping me recover because I truly thought **** would reverse today and instead its just healing up! I also got away with eating a whole pizza and a bunch of wings and it all went to my muscles so yeah...This stack with the triumph is KING OF RECOMP. I can only imagine what it would be doing if I was also pushing myself in the gym every day...id be ripped already.

Pretty excited about recent developments. It does mean I have to take it a bit easy but W/E man. As long as I am getting the results I want, ill have to swallow my pride and stop myself from working out as much as possible.

Oh, by the way. I weighted myself today at work. It showed 192.6lb which is very close to my starting weight about 4-5 months ago. The difference is that I was at over 18%bf then and I am at about 13%bf now :D This is on top of having progressed my injury repair FAR BEYOND what I have done in the past over the course of 2.5 years.

So basically, so far I have turned about 9.6lb of fat into muscle while focusing on something else. Cheers guys!

Awesome progress, bro! Those Nos products are killer! Makes me wish I could use TDs (won't risk it because of the kids).

Awesome progress, bro! Those Nos products are killer! Makes me wish I could use TDs (won't risk it because of the kids).

Just use a plastic glove or bag when applying and apply to inner thighs so there is no exposure. BAM - now you can use his awesome TD's !!!

Day 9: Chiropractor/Cardio day

Went to the chiropractor to get adjusted, some ART and TENS. It was ok, nothing crazy but it did help. I then did some low cardio (pretty much carb depleted) 30min at 3.9 on ECA, supernova and BCAAs. Followed by an epsom salt bath and some stretching. Not as much improvement as I had from sunday to monday but things do seem to be moving in the right direction. I gotta stay on my toes though. It feels as if I let anything drop, **** will regress (by this I mean if I get dehydrated, sit for too long, forget to stretch or play videogames for too long....yeah thats a thing).

Body Comp Progress: Looking leaner by the day and my muscles are filling up pretty much all the volume the fat is leaving behind although there is some shifting from my core to my legs and chest/shoulder area.

Injury Progress: OK improvement. Main injury area is still soreish and tender although the muscle spams have decreased both from teh chiropractor adjustment and constant baclofen use (I FREAKING LOVE THIS STUFF).

Workout details:
Treadmill 3.9 30min
Stretching

Subjective feeling: Had a bit of an anxiety attack after my cardio, probably from skyrocketed adrenaline levels. Felt much better after I ate some and smoked a bowl.

Side effects: slight anxiety, slight lethargy here and there, definitely increased aggresion and heavily diminished patience for BS....my cat pissed me the **** off and lets just say he wont be doing that **** no more. Blows my mind how cats will literally behave as if they were the owner and you are lucky to serve them...good luck with that attitude when you are grounded in the bathroom overnight. Probably would have handled it better off cycle but alas, my cat needs some structure.

NOS Stack Review: This stack feels like I am straight pinning large doses of test or running heavy oral cycles minus the side effects. Crazy libido, crazy aggression, leaning out and hardening muscles. I reaaaally wish I could start lifting, I need an outlet for all this built up aggression and physical energy (mental energy not so much).

I will be doing another day of cardio today and hopefully some Bikram yoga tomorrow. I really want that tenderness to go away before I punish my body with another all out yoga session though....ughhhh freaking balance and restraint....sooo hard on cycle.

Glad to see new cycle is off to a great start. Probably looks more and more promising everyday. Keep it up and the heavy weights will be in trouble soon

Days 10/11: Cardio day/ Rest day

Did my usual 30min ECA/supernova/BCAA 3.9 cardio on Tuesday. Not much to report there.

On Wednesday I rested and stretched a bunch. Ive been using some benzos as well as baclofen to help loosen and relax my muscles before stretching them and it seems to be helping a bunch. The stretch seems to last longer/less recoil.

I have something to add. Since I bought a bunch of Sup3r-4 Elite for a friends cycle but he bitched out, I decided to to give it a shot since I dont really feel like selling it. I started dosing 7 caps a day split into 3 doses (2 in the morning with my TDs, 3 during lunch and 2 more with my night TDs). I also upped my desoxy-T to 3ml/day. So far so good, the increase in hormones has only resulted in a better feeling, increased recomp effect and NO SIDES WHATSOEVER hahah. Im kind of in love with TDs other than how long it takes for me to apply them.

Body Comp Progress: Lower ab area starting to look much better. My legs are also getting big and lean. Still wishing I could do more for my chest/shoulders/back but alas, i gotta stay responsible.

Injury Progress: Moving forward. My subscap and rhomboids are healing slowly but surely. I just gotta keep up with my stretche, warm baths and cardio for blood flow.

Workout details:
Treadmill 3.9 30min
Stretching

Subjective feeling: Feeling pretty good, libido is through the roof which is a bit annoying given the lack of a girl to use it on but thats gonna change soon, my ex who lives in colorado is coming to visit on saturday :D

Side effects: Aggression actually went down, libido went up.

NOS Stack Review: The recomp of this stack still blows my mind every day, waking up leaner and fuller every morning.

Days 12: Bikram Yoga

HOLY **** BATMAN. My muscles felt better so I decided to go and do Bikram. Of course by now I have so much built up energy from not being able to workout that well with all these hormones so when I hit yoga I got ALL IN. I straight up ended the class about to pass out and left the room sprinting to go to the bathroom, threw up a tiny bit and felt much better. Im pretty sure I overheated and sweated beyond dehydration. Once I got a bunch of water in my I felt much better. That was a kickass workout tho, all of my body is sore and i manged to workout my subscap and rhomboids a good deal, they are now rather sore so I will let them heal up until they are ready for another grueling yoga session.

Body Comp Progress:
Im looking really lean but that varies a lot with my GH peptides. I can tell its mostly water but it definitely takes away from my definition. Its fine though, what matters is the end result and the GH is definitely helping me heal so **** it.

Injury Progress: Sore but not hurt which is good. Ill keep monitoring as time passes. Ive also started injecting my BPC and tb-500 directly into some knots I have in my left pec. Its sort of a dry needling and peptide treatment all wrapped into one and it seems to be speeding up the progress of my chest.

Workout details:

Bikram yoga 60min.

Subjective feeling: Feeling good and confident other than that throwing up incident haha.

Side effects: Cant think of anything as of right now haha. I think what has bothered me the most is shrunk testicles but its not that bad since im using hCG.

NOS Stack Review: Getting great results with no sides. The energy I went into yoga with was just unreal.

I am going to make the intro for this next part of my current cycle shorter since there is no need to reintroduce my plans. I have spent the past 8 weeks rehabilitating my body and recomping the lost muscle and the fat I gained during my long hiatus. These last 8 weeks were a relative success. Despite several things going wrong and not being able to really start using everything the way I planned due to USPS being...well USPS, I managed to improve my condition significantly. I went from constant tightness all over my body, weak muscles, terrible posture and lacking aerobic capacity to very minimal discomfort (mostly around my neck and pelvis although I am currently addressing this), muscles capable of holding my own body weight very well and seemingly endless aerobic capacity as long as I remember to breathe properly.

Now to the important stuff:

One of the main purposes of this log will be to review some of the NOS products I will be using, namely:

NOS Desoxy-T TD 75mg/ml 2ml/day
NOS 6-bromo-Diol TD 50mg/ml 0.5ml/day
NOS 11-KT-Diol 100mg/ml 2ml/day

Additionally, this part of my cycle will be featuring:
Epiandro 900mg/day
TD Test 50mg/ml 2ml/day
Methyldiazirinol (Triumph) 60mg/day
T3 50mcg/day
MK-677 10mg/day
CJC-1295 5mg/week
Ipamorelin 100mcg 2-3x/day
TB-500 5mg/week
BPC-157 5mg/week
Melanotan-II 500mcg/day
Peg-MGF 200mcg post workout
hCG 250UI E3.5D
Follidrone 3caps/day
Str3ngth Unleashed 2-3 pumps/day
EP1C TD 2-3 pumps/day
Supernova 2 doses/day
BCAAs
Creatine
PA
other natty supps/ support supps introduced in my previous log

Diet: Aiming for maintenance or slightly under although I dont want to starve myself. The main goal is to heal and strengthen and I wont take away from it by lowering my cals too low. Breakdown will be 40p/40c/20f. I also do a lot of nutrient timing to try to optimize nutrient partitioning and the recomp effect.

Training: I will continue my Bikram Yoga session as they have been a huge part of my progress. Additionally, I want to start adding lifting days as much as possible. Having said that, this cycle has taken a lot of restrain to walk the line between pushing myself and preventing further injury. I will continue to walk this line as I see fit. I will post my workouts as they come along as I dont want to plan anything in detail and then feel obligated to finish it and end up in snapcity. I will also be doing increasing amounts of cardio as the cycle progresses to help lower my bf%. I will be doing long LISS cardio sessions with Supernova to see if I can manage to force my body to release visceral fat and subQ fat.

As always, my cycles and logs are constantly evolving. I try to listen to my body and minimize side effects where possible.

This will be my first time trying Methyldiazirinol and Desoxy-T for a recomp and im very excited to see how I react to them on top of 11-KT-Diol and 6-Bromo-Diol which should help tune and improve the recomp effect.

I actually started these 4 weeks on Sunday, making today my 3rd day of this stack. So far so good. I have experienced a small amount of acne that wasnt there before but nothing too worrying.

Attempting to trigger you ;)

Days 13 & 14: Rest/Stretch

Took friday and saturday off to recover from that yoga session. DId some light stretching nothing too crazy. My ex visited on saturday and..yea that was fun.

Body Comp Progress:
Slowly but surely recomping. Everything just looks a little harder and bigger by the day. My core has been looking really nice lately as well as my shoulders although Im sure they could be looking amazing if I could work them out properly.

Injury Progress: I have been working on strengthening my left serratus as it seems to be kinda weak and inactive which is making my left trap knot up from doing all the work to stabilize my shoulder. Still having issues with my left pec. I am starting to think I might need to get an MRI because it really puzzles me why its not making that much progress.

Workout details:
Rest/Stretching

Subjective feeling: Feeling like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel except for my chest but being left with 1 issue to fix later is much much better than that Ive been facing so far so it wouldnt even be the end of the world.

Side effects: Some acne on my back but nothing crazy. Ive also been having some cramping in my bicep and forearm but im unsure whats causing it.

NOS Stack Review: All 3 compounds are synergizing amazingly to keep me dry and keep the fat burning nonstop, even after cheat days. My body is currently a nutrient partitioning machine. I also believe the whole cycle is working together with my IF diet, Its as if my body cuts down fat half of the day without losing muscle and then builds muscle the other half without putting on fat. Freaking great.

Days 15 & 16: The Clenbuterol Fiasco

Decided to try clen at 25mcg on sunday morning and go for some cardio/stretching. Things seemed to be going well until bed time arrived. I lost 2 hours of sleep and woke up monday morning with my entire body knotted the **** up. I spent all of monday hating life and stretching. Luckily my day was saved by a girl who I recently met. To my surprise, I was actually more interested in being her friend than bone her haha. We just had a great time, went to hike and smoke a blunt and go get tacos. It turned my whole day upside down which I desperately needed.

Injury Progress: 2 steps back. Luckily I also got some dry needling at the chiropractor which seems to have helped. I am probably never touching clenbuterol again if thats what it does to me at 25mcg... Now im just trying to get back to a point where I can go back and do some yoga and get on with my progress.

Workout details:
Cardio 30min 3.5
HELLA STRETCHING

Subjective feeling: Clen makes me feel like **** and being knotted all over just put me in the worst mood ever.

Side effects: KNOTS KNOTS KNOTS, irritated, lack of sleep, dehydration (**** clen)

NOS Stack Review: The recomp effect doesnt seem to care about my knots and lack of proper workouts haha. I still wake up looking better and better every day.

At this point I just want to get past this major bump in the road.

The Clenbuterol Fiasco sounds like a movie title. Or a band name. I hope you feel better, bro.

Right? I thought about it and ran with it haha. Gotta make fun of yourself otherwise youll end up too jaded and sourpussed. Slowly getting there, I collected a pretty neat number of knots that im working my way through. The worst are gone though.

Man that list of things you're running gave me a headache. Just gonna do a kitchen sink cycle?

Its not quite that simple, If you go to my previous log youll see why. This isnt just another cycle for me man, this is how I get my life back and yes, if the kitchen sink helps im throwing the mofo in there hahaha

Interesting development: I figured out tight/weak Coracobrachialis is a problem I need to deal with. Ill see how it does with some stretching and eventually some mild rehab work.

Send hulk clen , hulk send u tren td :)

LOL dawg if it was mine to give I would have taken that trade in a heart beat. TD tren sounds marvelous. Unfortunately I got that bottle to sample so it was up to them who got it after me.

Day 17 : Rest/Stretch

SO, The coracobrachialis thing was major. I have been stretching both extensively but it seems like I have neglected them during this entire ordeal so they having some issues getting there which is a bit annoying. I dont really want to go and do a really intense session of yoga when they are this weak as they are going to either get hurt, knotted or put too much strain on other muscles causing them to get knotted. Because of this I am resting and stretching trying to get to a point where something stronger seems doable. Kinda very annoying becauseI really want to be pushing myself these last weeks of my cycle but theres really no point to it, it would just backfire.

I am summoning all the patience I can and hoping they feel stronger soon.

Body Comp Progress: I might have gained a bit of bloating/fat from not doing much and eating a good deal of calories but it might just be water fluctuations.

Injury Progress: Working on tight/weak coracobrachialis. On the bright side, as I release them and strengthen them, a lot of stuff is releasing on its own including my neck, chest, shoulder and upper back muscles. These might have just been the one thing really holding me back. Of course I would find it on the last 2 weeks... Oh well, im really hoping that the lack of heavy/constant workouts will make it so that once I am able (hopefully right as PCT starts), it offsets the drop in hormones and I can manage to either keep everything or even improve more. My PCT is pretty loaded so things might just look bright during PCT.

Workout details:
Rest/Stretch

Subjective feeling: I feel good most of the day but there are certain moments of frustration and annoyance here and there.

Side effects: Dehydration. My body is burning through water like crazy. No amount seems to be enough.

NOS Stack Review: Im pretty sure this comprehensive stack is the only reason my body keeps looking better and better even while nursing weak muscles. Im hoping it also helps them to get to where I need them to go quicker.

From one bump on the road to another, however, this might just be the bump I NEEDED to get past to get to the finish line. Heres hoping it is.

Day 18 : Rest/Stretch

OK, I almost ****ed my whole **** up. I signed up for yoga yesterday and I had the last minute bulb moment to cancel it and thank the universe I did. I decided to work a little on my left coracobrachialis and BINGO MOTHER****ERS, ****s Fd UP! But in a good way I think. Its super tender to the touch and having spasms but I think this is exactly what I wanted to have happened. I somehow managed to ignore a very important part of my injury until now. This muscle is responsible for everything I have left which didnt wanna heal (pulling on my traps/chest/shoulder/shoulderblade). Yes, I wish I would have found this earlier but such is life.

This means that my sole goal now is to get this muscle back to 100% and forward. Once that happens, I am confident I will be able to start working on my form with low weights and eventually get back to lifting. Mind you, the havoc it wrecked all over my body is still there and will take some time to work out but I think itll be without something major and unknown holding me back which is way more than I can say for what ive been doing so far.

Hopefully the last 2 weeks I got left on a massive arsenal of anabolics and peptides (ive been injecting bpc-157 and tb-500 directly on the muscle..yeah OUCH) will be enough to get it to heal up enough to that I can do some real workouts during PCT and offset the lack of hormones. This also means that until this is healed, I will most likely not be able to do yoga. Instead, I will be doing leg days/cardio/core workout and basically anything that will spare my chest/arms/shoulders and upper back.

Body Comp Progress: Looking a little bloated but I have been taking more MK-677 so thats probably why.

Injury Progress: As I said before, main focus right now is left coracobrachialis which is super tender weak and short. Luckily, I have strengthen and developed most of my body during this cycle which means once this muscle gets with the program, thing should move rather swiftly.

Workout details:
Rest/Stretch

Subjective feeling:
I felt like **** yesterday not gonna lie. I think it was in big part due to cytokines being released from my coracobrachialis. I experienced similar feelings when my subscap released and when my rhomboids released. Luckily it only lasts a day.

Side effects: Pain but whatever.

NOS Stack Review: I am amazed at how I can just focus on healing up and my stack is like...sure bro, I got you, do you, ill make you some muscles and use the fat while im at it xD Really hoping it speeds up this muscle healing up. I did just drop the 6-bromo as I believe my estrogen has been slightly low and estrogen is good for injury repair from what I can tell.

And here we are ladies and gentlemen, the final stretch. This wouldnt be my cycle if the finish line didnt have as many bumps as the rest of the cycle but w/e. I am honestly going to ecstatic if I can finish up without random pains and tightness haunting my life.

As a side note, I have wanted to test a theory out and I will. I have dropped the 6-bromo and have started taking torem 60mg/day. My goal is to see if you can get a leg up for PCT by starting 2-3 weeks earlier. I will draw bloods when the cycle is over to see where my LH and FSH are and to see if this was successful. My last hCG shot will be about a week before my cycle ends. This should make an interesting case study.

If anyone's been considering trying any of the Nos Labs products, all TDs are now 30% OFF!!!

Right!? Theres no way in hell im missing out on giving dien-diol a shot. This **** has recomp written all over it.

Although Nos just got me all ****ed up when he said something about a NuTren. Ive been staring at the molecule and how the new double bond would go and t rying to find some research on it but it seems to be a legend.

Right!? Theres no way in hell im missing out on giving dien-diol a shot. This **** has recomp written all over it.

There is a reason its called tren lite. Stuff is amazing but noone has been producing it in a while. Very few ugls stock it.

Exactly, I might run this before my tren cycle to get a taste of what im up against haha.

Exactly, I might run this before my tren cycle to get a taste of what im up against haha.

Not a half bad idea. I ran trenavar to warm up to my first run with the demon. Tvar was amazing in so many ways but had so many more sides than an actual tren ace run.

Dien is similar to tren in many ways but people usually dont get the aggression or cardio sides.

Thats actually perfect..dien might be a better fit for me. Im going to try to keep my cardio and flexibility on par with my strength from now on. Overfocusing on lifting and neglecting other physical attributes bit my ass in the past before...

Huh, I might just have to stockpile dien then. Would even a low dose do this? I was planning on running 200test/300 tren cycles with some var here and there but if thats not conducive to overall physical performance then im out haha. I am trying to figure out what would be the best cycle to run over and over for someone trying excel at: sprinting, endurance, power, flexibility and injury resilience.

Ideally, id run cycles that would allow me to do 2 Bikram Yoga days, 2 Hypertrophy days and 2 Martial arts days a week with 1 day of rest per week and room for 1 extra rest day when needed. My cycle would allow me to maximize all of this allowing me to excel at all 3 activities while helping me recover quick enough to pull this off.

Not asking for much right!? hahaha

Tren would be great for strength and physique but would hold back your endurance, sprinting, and flexibility unless you take 20mg of cardarine with it. It helps A LOT with sides but your endurance will still be less than 100%.

When I run dien it will be at 2ml and I will run with a trt dose and something else - who knows. Honestly, I think you would love EQ+dien + some type of test base. That would be more in line with what your goals are and would make a sick cycle. EQ is great for endurance and joints and dien would give you the power. Var is awesome but if you go too high you get crippling pumps, hardness, and wicked lethargy.

Send me a PM on VF if you want to talk it out more.

I am not arguing for the sake of it. If you take Tren your 1 of 3 ppl Lovers, Haters, and Toleratores. I am a tolerator you'll never see more than 500mg tren near me. That said I know haters that became lovers and it's how you prepare yourself. If you KNOW tren will kill your cardio: you cardar, you lift with an altitude mask on and you keep an inhaler in your sock. Nothing Is too hard that it can't be done..

Def nice to have an inhaler running around, esp if you run into the cough.

I'ma make you guys some menthol DMAA e-liquid. You'll never need to worry about tren cough again... Can't guarantee it'll help the trensomnia, though...

Is there any truth to the claims that singulair will fight off the histamines known to cause the cough?

IDK but if it's a histamine issue, a nice dose of Benadryl at night should help with both the cough and the sleep issues.

Days 19/20/21/22 : Stretch/Stretch/Cardio/Cardio

Because of this new development, I have been forced to take it easy for a little while. I let my arm heal while I stretched for the first 2 days after the development and then I started doing cardio and some more intense stretching.

I have to say, the way my muscle hold my body upright has been so out of whack for so long, that these 30 min cardio sessions coupled with stretching have improved my posture over time as well as reduce the amount of work I need to put into making sure my posture is ok all the time.

Now im just hoping my arm starts feeling ready for some yoga before this cycle ends. I think if I can get 2-3 intense yoga sessions before the end of the cycle, ill be at a good place to keep the ball rolling.

Body Comp Progress: I have kept the MK-677 and cjc-1295 firing at all times so there is an apparent bloat. I was going to post pictures but I am going to wait till the end of cycle and try to clear my body of anything that can bloat me to see what im actually working with.

Injury Progress: coracobrachialis healing up nicely although ive never dealt with problems here so im unsure when and how to proceed. Moving along carefully. My lower cross syndrome is improving quite a bit. Standing and walking feels more natural. I am still waking up with knots around my neck which is really annoying.

Workout details:

Stretch
Stretch
30min 3.7 + 3x BW squats to failure
30min 3.7 + 3x BW squats to failure

Subjective feeling: Feeling good although forever annoyed at this or that. I look forward to the day when I no longer have to dedicate all my brain power to this injury and its progress.

Side effects: Mild acne, mild lethargy here and there.

NOS Stack Review: Ok some clear reviews about this stack:
6-bromo: at 0.5ml it reduced my estrogen on this stack to the lower end of what I consider acceptable.
Desoxy-T: AMAZED. This stuff makes you grow, hard and very little sides.
11-kt-diol: Kicks hard, dosed improperly I will get too much lethargy at the wrong time of the day. Used properly, its allowed me to eat whatever I want and sleep like a baby haha.

Hopefully things will get interesting before the end of this cycle. Dont worry though. There will be plenty of fun during PCT so stay tuned.

I have always had great results dosing 2-6 grams Vite C sustained release to combat androgen lethargy. I never see ppl suggesting it but It's a cheap fix and really works.

True, I have been using sustained release vit. C but I kinda stopped haha. I gotta make sure I take it every day.
