Retain x2 + palpitations

I have used retain in the past without any issue at 3x day for 2 weeks tapered to 2 x day then once a day.

I read a bit about retain x 2 and began dosing it similarly, however, after the second dose I experienced a bout of palpitations. I did my workout as usual but when it came to doing osm elight cardio, I had to stop, my heart felt as though it was jumping out my chest - my heart rate went up to 120's. I usually run in the 100s during my workouts, 60s-70s at rest.

Anyone expereince palpitations while on retain x2? I am trying to decipher what exact component is contributing to the palps.

Any other notable sides?

Retain 1 worked GREAT - I may not give up on x2 just yet. I'll give it a whirl this week see if I expereince them again. For the most part, palpitations are benign.

i haven't experienced that........but i will see if Dr. D knows what might cause that........

Relora is actually used to treat hypertension and the other components should not cause this either. This is an anomaly I will have to investigate, but I suspect it's just an idiosyncrasy that you may not be compatible with this compound. If anything, it should be doing just the opposite to discourage tachycardia. You may want to rechallenge a few more times to make sure it's not a fluke but if elevated pulse rate persisted or becomes bothersome then discontinue. However, it's likely not dangerous and may just indicate a drop in blood pressure if there are no other symptoms or allergies involved.

If this only happend once, it could be anything. Maybe you were not hydrated enough to do cardio after training.

Thank you for the input. It may have been an isolated even and I will likely rechallenge.

I did quite well with the 1st retain that was only more excited that x2 would provided added benefits. I will keep everyone posted.

It is possible. I usually have 3-4L during my workout and was only at around 2. Seemed liek ti went normal but I may have been runnign negative given the recent weather.
